I would give these unprofessional people ZERO stars of I could!! They have had my daughters Lexus for 8 weeks, when they quoted her no more than 2 and a half weeks. Then I call and speak to them and they tell me that the price has now went up almost $1000 from the price that was approved. That is absolutely not okay. This is self pay so it has nothing to do with insurance. They have tried 8 different bumpers instead of ordering it the right way through Lexus they kept ordering after market parts. And it's still not done and they don't have a time frame and won't answer any of our calls, I have already put in a complaint on the BBB.

They did awesome work. My car looks great. Very friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars was that I had to call often to check the status of my vehicle. Other than that I would definitely recommend
