There needs to be a better way for ordering providers to receive results, I am not sure why the radiology department doesn't take the provider info and fax# when completing scans to ensure they get the results. Not every place has access to ohio health labs/radiology leaving it taking wayyyy to many days to get information. Prolonging treatment, and making it a hassle for even the patients mother to get results, handed me a disc with images like what am I supposed to do with that? I reliaze radiologist take a while when something isn't ordered STAT, but almost 4 days with nothing gets more than annoying.

Took my 82 year old grandpa to the Emergency Room because he was having belly pains and having an COPD attack and his feet were swollen like watermelon and they did everything they explained was gonna do but when the results were in the doctors and nurses acted like they couldn’t do anything or help him. I was beyond frustrated and livid and furious so I had to explain to them they needed to keep him so he didn’t any worse because he was having a horrible panic attack and anxiety attack because he couldn’t breathe. I’m hoping they get every single nurse and doctor more classes to respect their patients and not rude

Thank you Berger hospital.
They took GREAT care of my son who came in by ambulance with VERY HIGH sugar. he is type 1 diabetic and they quickly got him back to good .. Every last one were AWESOME. even the adorable little cleaning gal in ICU long blonde hair with glasses was so helpful. Thank you all so much ?

Walked into the ER about 3:30pm and was taken back immediately. I had to stay over night and every single employee was so amazing and treated me like a person. I have previous addiction in my past and never felt judged or disrespected what so ever. I will always choose Berger first. They have greatly improved over the years and I will recommend to everyone! Thank you to all the staff I interacted with. Kim on night shift cardiac unit was so sweet and caring. Honestly everyone made me feel like they cared.
I have been coming to Berger for 15 years and have never had a bad experience.

Honestly what can I say ,I love Ohio health and Berger hospital, Not only did they birth two of my children they saved my life and,this time they acted swiftly and with precision in diagnosing my mother and saving her life I wish I knew the doctor on duty because I would send a personal shout out to her , not only was she immediately running test and getting answers her reaction saved my beautiful mommy Ginger Cantrell's life your are the number two hero in my life ,my Mommy's number one thanks again Berger hospital and Ohio health you are amazing...

Absolutely the worst ER I’ve ever been too doctors and nurses didn’t care I told them my stomach hurt and all they did was run blood work and said they couldn’t go anymore I went to another ER the next day and I have a swollen pancreas and they did a awful IV that left a scab and a giant bruise down my arm I was leaking blood before I even left the hospital

Dr. Romito saw my son in the ER today. I am so blessed that he took care of my son. If it wasn't for him being thorough they wouldn't of found out he had pneumonia or a fever. Dr is a great. So thankful.

The staff is super busy and the wait varies. Once they get to you, they try their best to be sure you are comfortable as they take care of you.

I got my blood drawn in the lab yesterday im pregnant. So I ended up getting sick and almost passing out and then vomited during. All 3 of the lady's working in the lab went above and beyond to help me feel better. One of them even took a juice from her own lunch and gave it to me so I could get some sugar and feel better. When your feeling that sick them being so nice and helpful really makes me happy that I get all my care from berger. I drive over an hour to see doctors there and this was yet another reason ill only be going to this hospital.

Took my girlfriend here to get some intense jaw pain looked at through the ER. Expected a wait, not a big deal. But the doctor looked in her mouth with a camera and just pushed her out thinking and hoping it was an infected sore or something. I'm sorry but what ER service just throws something out like that? Her jaw is STILL killing her because the doctors just refused to actually look at it. If you can avoid the ER at Berger Hospital... do it. Go a longer distance and actually get help instead of rushed out of there to make room for another patient they're just gonna rush out next. Extremely sad. This Hospital is here to do nothing but take money. I am absolutely disgusted by their services. If i could rate 0 I would

I was in Berger Hospital today having test done. I'm pleased with the way I was treated by all personnel. Staff did an outstanding job caring for me and helping me with my oxygen. It was overall a great experience, thank you for taking care of me.

Thank you dear God the wife and l have only had to use OBH 3 times, and the staff, nurses and doctors have always done an outstanding job. The reason for this review is due to the reviews lve read herein. Teeth problems need to go to the dentist not the ER. For the rest of you with poor reviews, try talking to someone before posting your reviews, just because your an azz. There isnt anyone at this hospital that wouldn't go out of their way to take care of you. Also dont forget insurance companies make the rules. For the rest of you crack heads and dope heads. STOP WASTING THE TIME AND MONEY OF THE STAFF before you kill someone who really needs their help. You are not going to get drugs from any doctor just because you have a bo bo. Move away from here, and stop wasting our resources. Yall have a blessed day now!
