I cannot recommend them enough. I was heading home from work around midnight when the driver side rear control arm of my car gave out. I was stranded on the side of 23 and called damn near all the 24 hour tow services. Literally half of them did not answer the phone and the ones that did gave me an ETA of anywhere from 4-6 hours for a tow, that or "We do not have availability currently". That was when I happened across Last Notice Towing. The phone rang once, the lady that answered was friendly, was flexible and patient with the information and scheduled me a tow in half hour to forty five minutes. The gentlemen that showed up was prompt with the pickup, had a good attitude and respected the situation and even dropped me off at my home afterwards. Last Notice Towing and Recovery has earned a customer for life. They were there when none of the other towing services weren't and their character showed. They are what alot of big commercial tow should strive to be. Thank you guys!Service: Car towing

If I could give them zero stars I would they charged me 2,700 to keep my car for a week I have a break down of the receipt because my insurance was so shocked by the amount I was being charged. My insurance company did not want them to have my car any longer so they sent a different tow company to get my car and take it to Columbus. They couldn't give me the right address because the Google address listed was a house not a business so that cost me a extra day on the lot very unprofessional. And just to be crystal clear I hit one camper not three so yes it was tow and storage for one week. And my insurance had a different company tow my car to Columbus because of how expensive it was.

My car broke down on the highway. My driver met with me and got me taken care of. I cant recommend this guy enough. Easily the best customer service I've experienced. The best part was the genuine care he seemed to show.
