I had an appointment today that never happened. The tech that I was scheduled with was out sick and I had zero communication from her about this. This would have been my first time being here and after reading the reviews and how great everyone said it was, I was looking forward to it. When I walked in to the salon, I was asked if I had an appt and then I was told she was out sick. That didn't bother me, what bothered me was NO communication from her about my appointment. I even got a reminder text yesterday about my appointment, so the correct information was in the system. I was told that it was weird that I had no communication from Lacey. They offered to reschedule me and I set up another appointment with a different tech but a comment that was made by her is making me second guess keeping that appointment. She had the girl who was rescheduling me bump me down an hour becuase she has clients would would want that other time. So would I not be her client??? This was definitely not the 5 star service that I read about before scheduling. Not a great first impression at all. Not sure if I will keep my upcoming appointment or find some where else to go.

I really like Kuhlwein! My nail technician Samantha does a wonderful job. Will not go anywhere else too get my nails done. I'm happy with all the ladies out there they are all so friendly and happy love one big family, plus the prices are really decent lower then other places I've went in the past. Thanks Kuhlwein did your great service and expertise. Fawn. H.

I love my nails! Sammi is the best. She made me feel immediately comfortable. This is a clean salon. The people here make you feel welcome and like your a person not a number. Sammi always takes her time. I asked her to do something special this time, and she delivered!

This is a clean and professional nail salon. Sammi did my nails and she took her time. She was professional and courteous. She is very artistic and can do lots of cute nail art. I was impressed with the overall vibe and feel of the salon. It was a great place to find!

First time visiting this establishment. I was referred by another satisfied customer who had some fabulous nails that caught my eye. I can totally see why she referred me. I have found my new nail place!!! Olivia did such an amazing job! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted! We also had great conversation. Ur not going to beat the quality for the price! The whole vibe in the shop is light and fun. Thanx ladies. See u soon Olivia!
