Nice employees. Kathi was kind and understanding even though I missed a early appointment with her to file my taxes and was still there to work with me when I rescheduled an appointment the same day and did a good job filing my taxes. And I was running low on the rest of the cost so another team member gave them a coupon to give me.

Have had our taxes done here for many years. Our agent is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cordial. Pricing is a little high for standard filing but it's worth the peace of mind knowing our taxes have been done correctly.

My appointment was at 6pm, didn’t even get seen until 6:35, after the few tax preps that were available were just chatting with each other. After wasting an hour of my time and not filing through them, I was waiting on my ride and she didn’t know I was still in the building and she started running her mouth about me to the other tax prepper there. I will be getting ahold of corporate. Never again. Pathetic.
