Very messy !!!!! Items piled ontop each other, shelves are like a tornado went through. No one ever at the register, you just wait !! Worst one I've been in !!!

A sign tells you prices. Not always the same price when you get to the register. So be watchful . No bags for customers to carry things out to their vehicle.

Want to buy a matchbox car for double the price? Look no further than goodwill! On a serious note the pricing can be hit or miss sometimes they’ll have a great deal and sometimes stuff is double if not triple the big box store price. The shelves on the back wall are very disappointing junk everywhere and not well organized. But their clothes are well organized by size which is nice.

Probably about the rudest staff I've ever met. My first and last experience I might add with the circleville Goodwill store was to say the least unpleasant. It was my first time at the new location dropping off. I had clothes most of which were new with tags and gently used toys to drop off. Unfortunately because it was my first time I accidentally went to the wrong side of the building when I saw a worker and asked for assistance I was treated as if I was ignorant. I simply explained that this was my first time out there. She simply reply go to the other side of the building or go somewhere else. When I knocked on the door on the other side of the building a young boy came out and told me to just place the boxes inside the door not offering to help so I carried them in one at a time and place them right inside the door. Sadly for a charitable organization the visit was depressing .

The staff here are always helpful and kind. Store is clean and the layout is easy to navigate. They have a good selection of clothes.

I have in the last month found a few items that I wanted and they were priced right. However I bought a rug today and it was large. They loaded it for me and when I got it home and my husband got it out it was nasty dirty! Of course they wouldn't take it back. Do you people not look at stuff before you put it on the floor? The price was 40 dollars. I will now know to ask for items like this to be opened completely up to view before I buy. Do better Goodwill!

Employee with blue hair followed us around. Was creepy!! Staff was rude and REALLY eerie!! Will definitely not be back!!!!!

How this place has good reviews idk. But it isn't worth shopping here because the clothes are faded, smell and worn out. Barely anything plus size too.I've seen things priced at 20-40 dollars regularly. Man, thrift stores aren't what they used to be.They used to be a place where the poor could afford to shop but now they're the same price as Target. I regularly see 80 year old women who resell too and I don't think they're the ones who need the items/money. They should be ashamed.Doesn't help Goodwill execs get loads of money and make bank off their "volunteers" who are actually in community service (aka Goodwill uses slave labor. 14 amendment style)
