This company is a joke.
They were subcontracted to tow my vehicle to a mechanics shop after hours on a Sunday, Name and suite number verified.
The shop notified me, upon opening Monday, that the vehicle never arrived. I called the original driver and he gave me a shop name of somewhere else that he claimed he took it, and when I called that shop they did not have the vehicle. Later on ANOTHER shop that’s actually a collision center- and not a mechanics shop contacted that they had my vehicle on their lot. After speaking with people and not reaching a superior or getting an update I sent someone else to move my vehicle bc it could not wait. When I was eventually contacted the woman who called me argued saying it was delivered to the correct location. Make that make sense. When the name of the shop and address and suite number are provided. But the keys and vehicle are dropped at a completely different shop and a different suite, etc.
So, no it was not delivered to the right place- CLEARLY. & to argue with a customer over it and be rude about the situation is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up hanging up because their disrespect and unaccountability was not worth my energy.
Not to mention when I told people from the area what was going on while trying to figure it out they said it sounded like Fletchers. I don’t understand how they have 4.4 stars with that kind of customer service.

Responded quick and great service. I locked myself out of my car on a Friday night. Once I called, the driver arrived within 20 minutes. They saved my night!

Called AAA for a flat tire and Fletchers was to respond. Waitied 2 hours before calling AAA back and Fletchers closed the case because I supposedly wasn't there! Was literally parked in the state highway patrol offices driveway. Thanks to the officer who helped me.

Called at 12 told me they would be there at 1 no show so I call and the guy says he's 5 minutes away wait another hour call again say the driver is 5 minutes away 45 minutes later he arrives. What a mess

I know this is through no fault of their own it's just the way things are now about I have been waiting for three months for them to move my shed. They've been waiting on parts for the truck that can move it in this is ridiculous that people have to wait like this and their business go downhill because if they're just waiting to move my shed how much towing service have they lost? I know they're down to one truck and these companies should be ashamed of themselves can't get the parts out and delivered in a timely manner.
