I took my Buick LaCrosse here 2 times for brakes & rotors, both times my rotors did not get changed. Just changed rotors today myself on my car after 2-3 months of taking my car to this shop to get all 4 rotors and pads done. The only reason I knew he didn’t change them was because all the placement bolts were stripped. So the only way to get the rotors off was to grind through the head of the screw or drill through it and extract it. Thank you Pat for robbing a good customer!??Services: Brakes

Look , I don’t write reviews often. Especially good ones. I had my last mechanic close up shop due to health issues so I gave Pat and First choice a shot. Boys and girls let me tell you, if you need honest work at a reasonable price. Look no further. Great work, I’ve been fixing up a 20 year old truck and Pat has saved me time with fast turn around , solid work that he stands by, and very reasonable prices for his work. I will be bringing him all my auto needs from now on and you should too! He’s treated me and my friends pretty well. He’s EARNED my business , let him earn yours too.

Pat runs the place and does a great job at a great price. I just had the distributor assembly replaced in my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Pat had it done in under an hour and the truck runs great. I deliver auto parts to these guys all the time and they're always busy because they get the job done on time and for a good price. I'll always bring my truck here when I can't do the work myself. Highly recommended.

Pat is a very busy man but still takes the time to do quality work. I have taken my car to him multiple times and have family members that use him as there go to mechanic as well. He cuts you deals when possible like when I went in recently and ask what the part would cost Pat said 70 and I said what do you want in total to do the job and he again said just 70. He also didn't charge me to look at the car like a lot of shops do he just charged 70 flat to repair what was wrong. I'm not saying you won't get charged to have something looked at in some cases he might have to charge you to look at something if it's going to take some time to do you'll have to call Pat to find out what things will cost but he is a reasonable guy. he also has done a transmission rebuild for me which thus far has held up very nicely I used to use speedy mufflerman but was overcharged and told incorrect information multiple times now Pat has become my go to guy for repairs he is fair and honest and gets the work done in a timely manner Thanks Pat for all the help Brother. First Choice Auto is the only choice!

This place used to be great when Frank owned it. Took my daughters window to be fixed. They did not fix it . We called them immediately back. Then 7 calls and several weeks later I went to the place and they said that they sometimes don't get the messages.... Right. They had broken the plastic panel on the door and didn't bother telling us they had done it, along with the window STILL not working. It took them almost two weeks later to get it back. Couldn't find a panel to match did a horrible job with a plastic covering and thought it would be ok. Oh, forgot to mention the window falls into the door. He begins to tell me it's a bad switch. Then it became the motor. He says he can't give me my money back until Monday. THEN changes his mind and says that he's done the job he was paid to do. The window still doesn't work and he said he spoke to the owner and he agrees with him. The owner is never there and obviously is too good to speak with customers especially if he wants to steal their money. Don't go here. Find a more reputable place! Obviously they pretend to care about their customers.
