I went to this store on 02/01/2024 and it was nice. The staff was nice, you had plenty of space to move around from aisle to aisle. Disorganized as usual, customer service representative rude as usual, but every once in awhile you'll find a good customer service representative in this location unfortunately it's not that often. When asking where something is at you're made to wait, yet they don't know, maybe they don't have it, yet they just don't know and when the cashier who's only been working there for two or three days is yelling for help because they have a line, then the person stalking the shelves is saying well you're going to have to wait because so an so is in the bathroom and I'm busy, for all the customers in the store to hear is not a very good thing says not only a lot about the store but the management as well. Even if you need a key for the restroom you're made to wait, it doesn't matter if you have a child with you and they're the one who has to go to the restroom you're going to wait. Parking is also a little tricky at this location if you park close to the building you're going to have trouble getting in and out of your parking spot if you park her a little bit further away it makes it a lot easier to get in and out of the parking space. They've raised the prices on everything "is not a dollar anymore" check it out. There are a lot nicer, neater, more organized and friendly location. This just happens to be the only one in this area. The sign above the building also needs fixed because all of the lights for the letters do not work.
