I done my unit rental online I was worried about the whole process but it was easy and there wasn't any complications. A staff member actually called (Sorry don't remember her name) a few hours after I made my rental before they had closed to make sure I found the unit ok but I haven't been there yet and explained how to get to my unit ect. She was very nice. Upon getting to my unit it was easy to find it was clean. I haven't had any issues in the time I have been there.
