Dr. Hammond was wonderful! However, my pets were mixed up with someone else’s and I was grateful it was a simple checkup. Unfortunately I didn’t feel heard when I tried to correct both tech and vet with my cats’ names. Luckily they realized their mistake at the end of the appointment, but it could’ve turned out worse. I did let them know my name and my cats’ names at the beginning of the appointment so I’m not sure what really happened other than my cats’ names being similar to someone else’s.

Dr. Hammond is our absolute favorite human. We've been taking our animals to her for over 20 years. She's compassionate, honest and is genuinely a wonderful person. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for animal care. Her staff is amazing, office/building is immaculate, and in my opinion that's about as good as it gets.

Crystal is the best. She took care of our Lucy from day one to her final day. Caring,kind and compassionate. She isn't just my vet she is family to me and the only one I trust our babies with. Thank you again Dr Hammond and the rest of the staff at Brookhill for everything.

Price is never what they say it will be when you call and ask for the estimate. Always way higher than quoted. Asked why it was not the price we were told on the phone ($100) and was told they must have forgotten to add one of the vaccines to the total. Come to find out they actually gave her more vaccines than we went in for. Only went in for TWO vaccines but they gave her FOUR. Even though we had advised we only needed TWO on the phone. ALSO told them on the phone we didn't need the heart worm test or fecal exam, but it was done anyways and we were charged for it too. Talked to the vet and she told me "I'm not going to argue with you" and that we could take off their medication to make the bill less high. So clearly does not care about the animals health- as long as she gets her money. I said we were told $100 and she said there's no way that we were told that, acting like I was lying. Well they gave me the paper after paying for everything, and whoever told me $100 was actually right, because the first three things on that sheet are all I asked for / wanted to begin with! So I was charged $110 for items we did not want! Will not be back due to the attitude we received from the vet. Vet didn't seem to care about losing a steady customer. Very poor service. Not sure why we stayed with this vet as long as we did.

Dr. Crystal Hammond and Staff care about you and your animals. Highly recommend. Our 23 year old kitty "Little ol Lady" Salem had to be put to rest. Dr. Crystal was their for me during my time of sadness, gave me a hug. I had just suffered another lose pryer to this, it was hard for me. She was there.
