This place is ridiculous, the workers here never lined up my car, told me to pull in and the tire walls RIPPED up my front left rim. I’m reporting to the BBB and demand compensation for a new rim.Infiniti Q60 White time of car wash Jan 2, 2024

The machines clean well but the location has gone downhill fast since opening 2-3 years ago. It'll be "open" but it's pitch black, no lights long after dark. Vacuum area dark.. some dont work well.. seems very sketchy. I feel bad for the workers, they seem unhappy. Just be grateful if you get a working vacuum, lighting, and all the brushes work the day u go to the wash!You'll pull up, they just wave u in, they hardly ever spray my car when i pull in, they just look unhappy in this dark facility. It was funny the other day, i pulled up to the pitch black unlit entry after dark waiting to be guided in, and after a minute the guy popped out to guide me and he literally had his back to me and was walking towards the computer looking down, back to me, and waving me in... and im like... i dont want to ruin my wheels from not being in the track! Eventually he turned around cause i was creeping so slowly to save my wheels and hope theyre in the track. Then he just walked back in the booth when i was up far enough. I felt sad for him because it's the holidays and people should be happy! It just reminded me to be respectful and that some people are having harder times. I wish them well!They usually close early. I was there at 6:43pm the other day and they had the entry barricaded off but i could see an employee inside and maps said they were open til 7, they closed early.. they always close the 2nd entry lane so even if u have a pass u have to wait behind people who are paying for each wash while they figure out how to use the kiosk machine.You just overall get a real sketchy vibe from this place and it really makes you wonder how much longer they'll be around. It's sad cause it was such a nice location when they opened. I'll remain a customer til they close up or whatever.Ive had to email the company about double billing issues.. i dont think they care.. i doubt the customer service is even located in usa. Just expect the basic thank you style passification response. This is the type of place where u cant get emotionally attached and just use this place for what it is.. its a car wash in a good location with good hours that functions pretty decent and is a cheaper alternative to mikes. If u wanna pay almost double then drive thru the busiest section of road and go to mikes where theyll smile and make u feel important for double the price and no unlimited wash option.

Zips was great when it first opened but has gone down hill fast. Lazy employees that can’t provide simple services such as providing towels or emptying full trash cans.

I have membership, I have allays problem automatic entrance. Today was final, I was stay in entrance wail, the employee was very rude and swore at me and forced me to leave the car wash. They are hate this job.

Horrible car wash. When they just opened, the staff was very nice and very helpful, but now the staff is making their own policy to not work, just sit and chill. No clean towels or spray bottles. I called the corporate office and make a claim (3rd level). In a couple weeks, this location should see some changes.

Zips is the best as they have free vacuums and air pressure nozzles so you can deep clean the inside of your car. They also have free cloths for you to use to wipe down your car. Which is better than Mikes. Also if you sign up for there membership its completely worth it. Staff at the front desk are very polite and helpful.

This location has continued to go downhill as others have noted. I see management respond that they will take care of issues but there has been no noticeable improvement. Today I visited around 8:30 am, no pre wash as others have noted. In additional the initial phase that puts soap on the car wasn’t working, very little water coming out throughout the wash and most brushes were not working. Why pay even for a discount pro wash if have of it doesn’t work. I decided this is my last visit to this location. Do you self a favor and avoid this location. With minimal water and soap it’s possible more damage can be done to the car if one of the brushes happens to be working. I pointed the problems to the clerk in the office and he said well I just got here and didn’t really care.

Wow. Every vac hose was off and on the ground. One person running the place. Trash all over the grounds. Scary location. There are better locations. This gets my avoid this location if at all possible. There are better places like I said.

Was in Sunday 11/12. No drying rags, no squirt bottles. Vacuum by my car not working. . All trash Cans overflowing. trash everywhere. I’m canceling my membership. This place has really gone down since it opened

Great wash a year ago . Still great when open. Prior 3 visits they were open but not accepting cars to wash. Trash on facility is horrible.

This place is a joke. It's disgusting. It's closed 50% if the time that it's supposed to be open. The vacuums working is a 50/50 chance. I will never come back. I would give a 0 star review if I could.

The car wash itself is nice & has good self serve vacuums, but the staff never sprays your car off before hand. Seems super lazy.

The third time closed when was supposed to be open in the last Month. Time to cancel all cars. Notice all the trash in the picture and overflowing trash cans.
