The guys were friendly and efficient. Got everything done quickly and professionally.
Only issue was one of our side tables was broken in the move. We found evidence it was broken by the movers and subsequently hidden from us. Been trying for weeks to get them to answer and work out a broken item claim and they are refusing to respond, very frustrated probably won't hire again because of this

Movers were very friendly and efficient! Only negative was that a side table seems to have either been broken or misplaced during the move.
Update: I had an item that was broken during the move and I have called and emailed multiple times to set up a claim. I keep getting told I'll be called back but never have. I'm honestly pretty disappointed especially because the movers said the item was "lost" yet i found broken pieces in my unit.

I moved in mid May and had two trucks/crews heI lping me in my move. At first the crew was fast however they didn"t seem very careful. They bumped into every wall in the house however the house we were leaving looked okay when we left. When we arrived at the new house this is when they gashed ad scratched walls, and broke my antique dining table into splinters of wood that were unrepairable. They did subtract the value of the table from the move cost, but later I found out that the crew was mocking me upstairs about my reaction to my grandmother's table getting broken. My husband happened to be in an upstairs room and overheard the mocking. After the crew left we noticed our metal kitchen table had scratched legs, my son's bed had a gouge out of the footboard, another bed was missing the middle decorative finial on the headboard, and an antique dresser had the top board cracked half way off. It appeared that our items didn't make it in unscathed from the wall bumping and being tossed/stacked in the trunk. The next business day I called and left a message and receive a call back from Seth and was told to text pictures of the damage. A week later I sent the pictures and a month later I have yet to hear a reply from Seth or anyone from the YouMoveMe team. For being a high rated company I was very surprised at the bad service. My parents used them too and they have their own story similar to mine, with a different crew than mine. Well they were supposed to be different, maybe they lied a little. I have to say they were a little surprised to see me when I arrived after lunch at my parents new place!

I had the chance to observe Marlon and his team as they helped my sister move into a new house. The crew was engaged, friendly, and in good spirits despite the heat. Would recommend!

Kenny, Ty, Titus and Asa did an amazing job loading my PODS today. They were professional, efficient and personable. It was a pleasure to spend the day with them. I would highly recommend You Move Me.
Titus, Ty and John moved me in this weekend. They were prompt, conscientious, hard working and so accommodating to every request. They truly take pride in their work and it shows. I will definitely be calling on them for my future moves!

Excellent service!! They showed up exactly on time, and had my entire move done in less than half of the estimated time. They even brought an extra man to help, even though I’d only paid for two. Seriously, if you need to move, HIRE THESE MOVERS!! Dennis, Brendan, and Cameron were awesome, they worked so quickly and efficiently, and treated my belongings with the utmost care. Very affordable, very efficient. 10/10 will use this company for any future moving needs!!!
Edit: I have now used You Move Me for three moves, and their service is second to none. They are courteous, fast, and always treat my belongings with care. I cannot recommend them enough!!
