This was my first apartment I've ever owned and it was a great experience living here! Maintenance was always polite and the landlady is professional and always helps her tenants. Very quiet at night and my neighbors were friendly. I had a great view of the city at night! (5710 building). If your looking for a good place to live or first apartment, this would be a great place to start.

This place used to be on top of it with cleanliness, but this past year has been treacherous and nightmarish, with infestations of roaches AND cockroaches AND Bedbugs!!! No one even cares, the place is falling apart as well. This is the 5700 building, such a sad thing to see it falling downhill as such. Please reconsider living somewhere else.

I moved in on june 2018. I find the maintenance workers fix anything the day I asked them too. The rent is reasonable they keep the buildings clean and they do a great job with gardening. I have issues with steps but they have an elevator yippee. The laundry room is great luv luv luv the huge dryers. Sherri is the property manager and always try to make things right. I luv my apartment!

It is a really good apartment. The rent for one bed / one bath is pretty decent considering the big room it provides. Other cost is not high. The facilities (oven, refrigerator, air conditioner,light etc.) in the apartment is well prepared. It's near to grocery stores, gas station, and restaurant. Very convenient. The neighbors are nice, and the environment is quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

I love living here. The manager and maintenance all are friendly. They keep the complex well kept. I love the secured doors, pool, apartment, and large dryers.

Ive lived at Wynbrook for 2 and half years and never had a problem with management, neigh ors or too many maintenance issues. This is great place to stay at a great price.
