I would put a zero if I could. First off, return/exchange policy is terrible. Second, this location is frequently closed during business hours. They have random hour long “lunch breaks” throughout the day and I went in at 10 the other day (after driving 45 minutes), because that’s when they open but the employee did not allow me in because apparently they don’t open until 11. Although everywhere states that they open at 10. Maybe it’s just this location or the employees but I will not be shopping here in the future. Disappointing because they do have good clothes.

I bought jewelry here & when I got home the jewelry said it contained lead, cadmium & nickel in it & said it could cause all sorts of problems . So my friend & I went to return it & the girl at the cash register was very sweet but the computer didn’t recognize anything when she would scan the receipt. She tried it like 5 times. So she calls her manager for help & her manager comes over with a huge attitude & snaps at her & says jewelry is non-refundable . She doesn’t even look at us or apologize she just rolls her eyes & walks away. She was SUPER unprofessional & extremely rude to her employee. People wonder why help isn’t a thing for businesses this day of age, & it’s the managers that ruin it . The girl at the cash register looked at me sad & apologized & you could tell she felt bad . I told her “it’s okay it’s not your fault love.” One, shame on that manager for being so rude to her staff in front of customers. Two, shame on this company for putting toxic chemicals in their jewelry that can cause all sorts of health problems. Finally, shame on this company for not letting people get their money back & return items they are unhappy about . I will not spend my money on a company that treats their employees like this.

3 hours before they close on a Sunday 3 fitting rooms are closed because "they wouldn't be able to close on time "Meanwhile 20 people are waiting to try on in the fitting rooms that are available. Ridiculous

Anna and Nyanna were absolutely amazing. These ladies made looking for a dress easy. They were polite and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice store but the cashier took the hanger for a dress I need the very next day which greatly increases the chances of it getting wrinkled, just thrown into a bag - they need to teach the workers better

Customer service is shamefully horrible. We purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter's homecoming. Shoes are displayed as singles and you have to give the shoe you want to purchase to the assoiciate, who will go to the back and retrieve the matching shoe. Our associate returned with a closed box, which we purchased. When we arrived home, which is an hour away from the store, we discovered that we have been sold two right shoes. I immediately called the store and left a message with my name and number. Over the next few weeks I made numerous phone calls and sent emails to this store explaining the situation. Twice I was able to reach an associate, who told me that a manager would call me back the next day. It is now three weeks and many attempts and contact later, and not once has one single person from the store made any attempt to contact me. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

Calise and Ashley helped me out tremendously! I have a wedding i’m attending this weekend and was in a rush to find what i needed last minute. Calise found the perfect dress for me and I absolutely cannot wait to wear it. They really try to help you find exactly what you’re looking for here! Will always shop here, especially when it’s last minute!
