My Whitehouse ring is stunning, and I couldn't be happier with it. My husband gave me a beautiful blue tanzanite for a special anniversary. I knew I wanted a Whitehouse setting for it because several years ago I had my engagement ring stones reset in a gorgeous antique-style filigree Whitehouse setting. But this time I hoped for a simple, modern design with that rich but subtle Whitehouse engraving. Dan guided me through the design process with excellent suggestions. (My favorite was his idea for a soft brushed finish). I love the ring's velvety finish, the shape of the bezel, the engraving, the way it feels on my finger—everything about it is a delight! It also means a lot to me to know that it is die struck and forged, and will keep its integrity and beauty for a long, long time. The ring is glorious, and gets compliments whenever I wear it!

Almost a decade ago, I was looking to create a special ring with vintage details -- something that would stand up to many years of daily wear while "matching" my existing collection of vintage filigree jewelry. Whitehouse Brothers' "Floral Burst" mounting ended up being the perfect match for the Asscher/square emerald-cut stone I had selected.Upon receiving the finished piece, I was stunned! Not only was it beautiful, but the ring was significantly heavier than any other, similar rings I owned; it felt solid and sturdy, despite its delicate appearance. The milgrain details on the ring were (and still are) crisp and stunning -- and far more delicately-rendered than any other modern offerings which attempt to provide a "vintage feel." The level of craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail that goes into a Whitehouse Brothers mounting is astounding.I love the fact that the company -- and its designs -- have been around for over a century. Clearly, they know what they're doing. Their website is informative and fascinating (they explain the die-struck process, engraving, etc., for those who want to know more about how their rings are made), and their customer service is top-notch. Those who are concerned about ethical mining will be glad to know that they use recycled gold and ethically-sourced diamonds. I will definitely purchase from this company again, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for unique, heirloom-quality engagement/wedding jewelry -- as well as anyone who is looking to create their own vintage-style ring for any reason!I wear my ring every day -- it's still my favorite piece of jewelry, and it still looks as gorgeous as the day I received it. :)

My experience with Whitehouse Brothers has been fantastic! I found them after looking at rings and styles a couple other places with my (now fiancee). She had a good idea of what she wanted, we just couldn't find anything that aligned with that idea. I brought that idea to Dan at Whitehouse and within several days they had created a CAD image of the custom ring, several days after that they had a bare casting and then a couple weeks after that they had a complete ring that was just gorgeous! Dan was always quick to answer questions and also to provided information or advice as well. Seeing the whole process from design to completion was very cool. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Whitehouse and I recommend it to anyone who wants a ring designed to what they want!

The Whitehouse brothers are so great! I first did the three rings home try on they came super fast with a ring sizers to help me pick my size. After they even contacted me asking if I had any questions. After I picked out the one I wanted, I ordered it online and it came very quickly as well with such a beautiful display! After I tried it on, I did realize it was a half size too big I called them and was able to return it the next day and within 10 days later, I received it back to me fitting perfectly!! They are such a great company, and so friendly!

Fantastic job helping me with stone and setting selection. Dan was also so helpful and easy to work with. They absolutely hit the nail on the head with the vintage style I was looking for. She said yes and keeps reminding me how pretty her ring is. We'll be back when it's time to order the matching wedding ring!

After my wife lost her wedding set I went searching local and remote jewelers to replace her wedding and engagement rings. What drew me to Whitehouse Brothers was the unique vintage look of the rings ( and the fact I considered them when I bought her original rings 20 years ago). I thought I was in for a strictly online order process, but I was wrong (in a good way!). I contacted customer service about a question on the ring I wanted and to get help with a payment issue - something on the server side was not allowing payments to go through. The response and professionalism I received was top notch and well above my expectations. Dan was courteous, timely and was honest in his opinion. He even did a custom modification to the base ring I chose, so my wife now has a one of a kind ring. If you want a jeweler who is honest, will do custom work at a fair price, and a quality item that your kids can hand down, then look no farther. Extremely happy with my purchase and choice in jeweler.

The best place in Cincinnati to buy an engagement ring! As a typical mid-twenties male, I didn't know the first thing about engagement rings. Scott and his team helped walked me through every feature of the ring to create the perfect ring for my fiance. You can tell that they care about finding the best ring for you and not the most expensive ring like some other jewelers. The ring came out beautiful and was ready for pickup in less than 2 weeks. Overall, could not be happier with the quality of my ring, the customer service, and price.

Whitehouse Brothers has hit a home-run for me again and again! They are BY FAR the most outstanding jewelry-maker in Ohio...perhaps anywhere in the U.S. I purchased my then-fiance the Fabiola, and also (my now-wife) the complimentary wedding band. Both were done on time, and the band was even rushed by Scott to get to me in time for my wife's birthday. You cannot go wrong with this company!Tyler
