I LOVE Wesbanco! After 13 years I will NEVER leave them. They know ALL their customers by name. They remembered when I was sick and next time I came in months later, they asked me how I was feeling. AWESOME PEOPLE AND I LOVE THEM!

I am not a customer at this bank as I do not live in America but I am writing this review to say how incredible, nice and helpful the people who work at Wes Banco on Beechmont Avenue are. I am on holiday from Scotland and forgot to inform my bank that I was going away so naturally my Visa Debit card wasn't working. I went in to the nearest bank ( Wes Banco) and asked if they could help sort my problem out. They were absolutely helpful and tried for ages to sort my problem out. ringing all sorts of different people and companies to try to help me. They went out of their way for me and I felt so embarrassed but yet thankful for them giving their time for me. Unfortunately They couldn't do anything to help but did advise I go to a local mobile phone shop and ask them to help.. and wouldn't you know it, their advice worked. The mobile phone shop allowed me to phone my bank and sort it all out. On my way back to my hotel, I stopped in the thank them once again. The employees here are incredible.

Have used this bank for a mortgage and flexible line of credit. They have excellent customer service with some very helpful loan programs that other big banks don't offer.
