I don't understand how you can make an order wrong twice. This happened on the day of the eclipse April 8th at 2:00 p.m. I went through the drive-through here and ordered a bacon double stack meal and a Dave's double meal. I got home. I had two small hamburgers neither were a Dave's double and there was no bacon on anything. I called. I spoke with Anna. I told her what my order was. She seemed confused. I repeated it back to her again. She told me that my whole order would be credited. Both meals. I went back 4 hours later. The girl said she could only credit one double stack meal. So two visits and I never got a Dave's double and I never got any bacon. Also the manager was extremely rude, when I asked who the head store manager was she was reluctant to giving me a name. She just said there's a lot of them. I will never go to this restaurant again. I've watched this restaurant go downhill.

Service was great, the csr lied about the app saying i could not get the Dave's single unless I do mobile. The food was not warm at all and the fries were cold and the burgers were also cold. It seems to me that if I wanted a cold burger and fries I would ask for it. How hard is it to give the customers fresh food because they would want it. I have to take a stand. IM DONE WITH WENDYS AND EVERY OTHER PLACE THAT TAKES MY MONEY AND GIVES ME CRAP SERCICE AND PRODUCT! Sorry for yelling people. Im Just done and and as soon as we the consumers stop taking it it will get better. Please respond if you feel inclined to do so. May God bless you today.

Grew up around here and it’s nothing like it used to be. For the past 5 years or so it’s been pretty, embarrassingly horrible. The last year, complete trash. Crappy attitudes from everyone and it reflects in the quality of food given. It’s close and convenient but now it’s not even worth the stop at all.

Very poor quality. It looks like there's some kids that walked in for a job, no uniforms except for an older gentleman. The burgers should have been discarded for chilli and the fries definitely weren't hot or fresh. So this was $30 wasted and let's not forget the strong smell of marijuana that hits you in the face as soon as you get out of the car ( yes I'm aware that it's legal now ) but not everyone should have to be subjected to it especially when you have children. Definitely will not be going back.

Terrible. Poor service.....Had no drinks but fanta. No chicken. No salad. took over 20 minutes to get food at 2pm, when Not busy. I will never go here again.

They need to get things in order at this location. I get fast food breakfast every Friday. It’s either Wendy’s, McDonald’s or Burger King. I chose Wendy’s today…every time I get to this location at around 6:40am there is long wait. When/if they get around to taking my order I’m informed that the person is working alone and that’s the reason for the wait. I understand how it is to have to work alone…I’ve done it…at Wendy’s. In that aspect, a more reliable crew is my suggestion. Today though, there wasn’t a wait. The person came on cutting off the little automated message that was asking if I was using the app. She says “please hold”. She comes back on to say “can I help you”….i give my order…she says “pull around”. She didn’t repeat my order, ask if I wanted anything else and she did not give me a total. I like to have my money ready when I get to the window because I don’t want them waiting on me to find my money. Needless to say…I did not pull around, I pulled off! Again…I totally understand how frustrating it is to work understaffed..I get it, but there is absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer. I’m not the reason you are working alone. I’m just trying to get some breakfast before heading to my job. And it’s your responsibility in this customer service field, especially “the manager” to at least try to make that a pleasurable experience. I know she was the manager because I called and asked to speak to one. I don’t know many people who love their job, but in this particular field you’re not supposed to display that to customers. I cant give a full rating on the food because I didn’t get any, but the service was bad. Do better guys!

The fact that they left a non English speaking person... Alone... In the store... By himself. He was stressed and confused and had to talk to everyone through translate. The cars were backed up because he didn't know how to use the speaker. Not his fault at all but honestly the mangers and GM should be majorly ashamed.

If I could give zero stars on service and atmosphere I would. It says they're open they're letting people go but their doors are closed I am a bus driver they saw a bus come in they ran and locked the doors. And then I come up to go back to my bus and they're outside smoking pot. It is 11:37 and you literally close the door on a school bus. Terrible terrible Wendy's.
