BJ was more than helpful. They have incredible sale prices. It’s a hidden gem fourth Street. They have some high end stuff but they also have some very good prices and the owner. I believe it is is also very nice. Glad I found them.

Though I live in chicago now, when I come home, I always visit Wendel's. It of course is not the same place when Joe ran it years ago, but you can always find something! Fashion has changed from nice suits and alligator shoes to $500 jewel studded jeans, so they have changed a lot. But this is the spot-great staff, quality products, and a great place to hang out!

Hey Listen Carefully if you want the Best Clothing The Best Shoes MAURI Mezlan etc Wendels Bootery and Clothing is the Place ask the NFL & Major League Baseball Players. About Wendels. I personally start buying Shoes from him when I was 10 (I'm 57 now) when he was in downtown Dayton,Ohio We Lost a Good Store and Cincinnati got a Jewel!!! He has all the top quality best items!!! That's MY GUY!! He Will definitely take care of ANYTHING YOU NEED CLOTHING jackets and Gators!!

The staff there was nice and helpful until after your purchase, then their demeanor changed. I left there wondering if the products I bought were real or bootlegged and if the back (private) dressing room was a peep show for the employees.
