Pricey replacement spa lid. Salesman was courteous. When picking up at warehouse the "boy" made me help him put it in my truck bed. There were at least 2 other guys there who could have helped him.

Purchased a tan recliner and was delivered a medium brown recliner from same company. Watsons did reach out to satisfy our complaint but final result we did not get a tan recliner and Watsons refused to give a refund. Buyer beware and suggest take a picture of the item you purchased to assure you get the item you paid for. Watsons lost a customer and will share our experience with others.

We went to Watson's on Sharon Road over the weekend. We had never been to Watson's and we were impressed with the cleanliness and variety of items in the store. Our sales associate, Jerry, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have already referred a few friends and family members to come check out their selection. We will be back for our next project purchase! Thanks Watson's!
