At 63 years of age I have had my share of lies tricks and just plan bad business with dealerships. Thats why when it came time to purchase another vehicle I expected the same treatment as before in dealing with any dealership. I would have preferred going to a dentist and having a root canal knowing what I thought lay ahead of me.Then I had never bought a vehicle from Walt Sweeney Ford.Right from the start my first contact with the dealership was by phone with Holly who was great in answering all of my questions and not just with a single call but several text as well and was always polite and professional and never pressured me it was a stress free experience even .Then came time to go to the dealership to look at and test drive the vechile I was looking to purchase if it all went well. Holly had at my convenience made an appointment for me to meet John Sweeney who would be my point of contact at the dealership.Before meeting john as always I had my guard up dealing with any sales person especially car sales.But I very quickly was put at ease and put my guard down because as with Holly no stress and easy going.John answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me make the right discussion and was very accommodating from start to finish once again no stress.So after I made my decision I meet with Jenni Rump In finance who also made my car buying experience with Walt Sweeney Ford a easy and stress free process.At the end of the day a drove away in a great vehicle and also feel like I had made new friends.I know the next time Im in the market for another vehicle Walt Sweeney Ford is the only place I will even consider giving my business hands down the way a car buying experience should be.John,Holly and jenni has restored my trust in the automotive world.

I went there after getting ripped off from another car dealer. Mike was my sales man he made it easy for me and he saw I was being cautious because of the last experience he made away for me to get an even better car than I I totally went for. He was so good I went back to him after an accident not sure how to go about the process of a car that was a total lose. So he got me in my second car within days of reaching out. He is definitely your go to guy. They are all helpful but he goes above and beyond !!!

I dropped my Ford Edge off for a repair to my bumper at 8AM and they even provided a ride for me to get to work. They had it back to me by 5PM the same day.Service: Body & Trim

Run run run from this dealer. What a joke this place is. They call you for your car that is on Craigslist, low ball your price for thousands less than trade in , then I found out they are going in and taking the time to "flag" your add to remove it from being posted. Christine then continued to communicate very unprofessionally when I passed on taking this offer and became aggressive and completely out of line and proceeded to personally attach my character. I have never even met this person. Being that I know the car business pretty well and my whole family has been in the business for over forty years in Florida, this is the first time I have ever come across someone this rude and whacked out. Run run run.

Purchased a used car from Walt Sweeney about 2 months ago. My experience was very good. NO high pressure which we greatly appreciated. The salesperson, Jenni was very helpful and followed up after the sale. So far so good with Walt Sweeney.
