I do NOT recommend this Walmart for pickup. This is the third time I have had issues. On two occasions my order was not complete and I had to go back to pickup what they forgot to load. One one occasion they gave me someone else's order! Unorganized and slow. I was the only one in the pickup area today and it took them 42minutes to bring out the 5 bags they forgot to give me yesterday. I will NOT be back

Order 2 separate orders online. Neither was there when I went to pick up. Manager said it wasn't them someone used my name. Which I find unbelievable that someone who doesn't know I ordered went up there and used a fake id for my order. Their employers are thieves my order was for Christmas for my family and nothing there to replace. thanks colerain Walmart to help my family start the holidays off right with your employees stealing my family Christmas stuff. Shame on you !!!! Karma will get you soon. Fraud department is now involved and a police report hopefully save another family from going through this. I hope whoever stole gets busted!!! They have cameras so no excuse

This Walmart location is a joke. I went here to purchase some electronics, and was left waiting at the counter for 30 minutes. I turned around to see that the Walmart Electronics Associate asked the customer behind me if they needed help, and proceeded to help them. I was furious. This customer arrived shortly before the Associate got back to his department and instead of helping the first person in line at the cash register, he goes straight to the person behind me. I waited another 20 minutes, and when he finally got back to his work station, he tells me that the department was closed. I politely told him that the Store is still open and that I had waited for 50 (30 mins. waiting for him to get to the electronics department, and an additional 20 mins. waiting on him to finish helping the person who arrived after me) minutes to be assisted. I also told him that he had just helped a person who arrived at the cash register after me, so how could the department be closed? To which he specifically said, "Because black lives matter." This is a racist, disrespectful and unprofessional statement. I will NEVER give Walmart my money if they support communist and racists.
