The manager that goes by Tiana is very rude and has a attitude problem especially in the deli department. She needs to be checked and re-trained. She very unprofessional and that is not way to treat customers or anybody period. unacceptable! Absolutely classless! Store 2250 on red bank

If you are a women and want a safe shopping experience don't go here. If you have children DO NOT GO HERE they do not inform clients when creeps are taking pictures They do not have your back Try smaller grocery stores if your safety is important Look into it. Ask women. Walmart. Is. Skep.

I'd like to go with ZERO stars - I am baffled how this store remains open and conducts business! I will NEVER EVER step foot in this Walmart again‼If I HAVE to go to a Walmart, I'll drive 20 miles out of my way to do so. Seriously ABSURD

The employees of this store are unhelpful, apathetic and rude not because they themselves are -- rather they are because it is the environment created by the store's management and the management above them. The disdain with which floor and checkout employees treat customers is only a reflection of how they are treated by the store's management. This particular location is an example of why this failed company will soon no longer exist.

Kesha the cashier should be retrained or fired! She has no clue about taking pride your job or she is lazy! Once everything was bagged and paid for she stood there with her arms idle instead of putting my groceries in my cart. I missed some of my bags because I was upset and god forbid she would notice so I went back and she was standing at the end of the isle on her phone. No work ethic. Tried to call the store and no answer. Feel like managers should be fired! Not enough chiefs and the Indians are running the store!

I wish I could put no star at all i ordered online to get food and I've literally been waiting since 8 it was supposed to come between 8-9 and now it's 10:09 and I have heard nothing this is terrible service and it's so crazy to think it's such a big chain of stores why can't you be able to just ask for a service THEY say they do and just be late without explanation. Its not just 10 15 mins it's over an hour sooo unprofessional

We all know that Walmart is Walmart. Unfortunately, the caliber of Walmart is different based on where it is located. For example, most Walmarts that I've visited in the rural south are clean and well kept because there aren't many options for groceries and retail items in those areas. It's also a bit easier to find assistance from store associates when you need it. Unfortunately, the Walmart on Red Bank struggles to meet the most basic of standards sometimes. For example, many times, items such as tools, car light bulbs, medicine, etc are frequently out of stock. The produce goes bad, fast or is rotten or over ripe in the store. The store is often unorganized. The customer service counter, generally, "closes at 8pm" because there aren't enough staff to keep it open later. I'm not sure if this is a standard practice at all Walmarts. Honestly, I don't think this store is abnormally bad or problematic. I think, when Walmart is in more urban and sometimes suburban areas, they struggle to meet customer service needs and cleanliness standards. It's been like that since I can remember. If it changes, I'll be the first to take back my words but for now, I generally prefer to shop elsewhere.

Clerks wear ear pods listening to music. Ignore you when you ask them a question or just point their finger in any direction. Get loud and rude if you ask them to take out the ear pods. Think it is a game to annoy customers.

Every time I walk in to look around and I immediately feel like I'm beeing watched by the employees when I'm not even doing anything wrong. And one time I asked a employee about helping me find something I needed they just turned around and walked off with not even helping me - im like fine ill find it my self - I was mad so I just decided to leave because why should I spend my money in this walmart when I feel like I'm beeing watched immediately after I walk in & when employees walk away from customers when they ask for help to find something.

I needed an item that was the last one in the store but didn't have a tag. I was told I'd have to pick up a comparable item (which was a much bigger version of what I wanted and cost twice as much as the item I wanted was listed for on Walmart's website) and pay the price for that item. I asked if the store associate could factor in the cost of the item on Walmart's website, and they said no and told me I was holding up the line.

I tagged along to this Wal-Mart with my son who was buying something to wear to a wedding. From the outside, the store looks nice, once you're inside and pass the bakery, it turns into another bad Wal-Mart experience. The aisles are laid out in an odd way, and the shelves are either nicely stocked, or completely disorganized and bare, (especially the candy aisle). My son was told the fitting rooms weren't open for him to try on pants he wanted to buy. Not the end of the world problem. We just had to laugh at the irony that the gross public restrooms are wide open, but a single fitting room can't be open to try on clothes prior to purchase. He ended up purchasing two different sizes of pants and shirts just in case, and would return the size that didn't fit. The self checkout area was congested because of the way the aisles are laid out, but we managed to checkout and be on our way. The ladies at the entrance of the store were friendly, the ones in the clothing department not so much. Just another trip to Wal Mart that reminds me why I try to avoid it at all costs.

Placed a pick-up order and they sent me a message saying it was delayed. After an hour and a half, tried to call and find out what's going on. Tried for FORTY MINUTES to get SOMEONE to answer the phone. Finally, I tried electronics. Someone answered and went to the pick-up place and said, I'm going to transfer you to a supervisor. WELL, SHOCKER, no answer again. Then I tried to call the MAIN WALMART # and they don't answer either. ON hold for another half hour. Over an HOUR trying to get an answer and I finally gave up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I do place an order, so many things are out of stock. I give up.
