I typically try to only leave reviews when I receive exceptional service but it's been hours and I'm still pretty upset with the customer service at this pharmacy. It's one person really making the whole atmosphere extremely negative. I've been in person and on the phone and I should really not feel like I'm inconveniencing this person for asking legitimate questions. Really horrible attitude about everything. Leave your baggage at the door girl. You got this.

Changed my medication pick up date, so now I have to wait an extra 2-3 days for meds I need! I keep getting different answers,I will definitely be changing Pharmacies! I definitely don't recommend this store!

I went in for three vaccinations that I had scheduled online. I had to wait 30 minutes, but it was not their fault. They were very busy and there were issues in trying to input my information - issues due to a national cyber attack on pharmacies last month. ? The staff was very friendly and professional. Alexis gave me my vaccines and I was on my way. Thank you!

they deleted my friends review when she said she was being harrassed by the cashier. it stated:i came here to buy tampons and richard asked me what size i use. when i said i didn't want to tell him because that's weird, he said "you prolly use super extra large anyway, i didn't want you anyway"

Always an issue with the staff and completing western unions!Let’s not talk about the rude responses when I request to figure out why in 3 month’s I can’t use the system on certain shifts ?

Pharmacist failed to provide patient with medication inquiry of controlled medication stock even when instructed by doctor to call and ask for medication stock due to it being out of stock at other pharmacies. When asked about the policy of why she wouldn't provide inquiry of medicine she replied it was based on current pharmacists opinion to not provide information because it was a controlled substance. When asked for manager she replied he was on vacation.

My husband was discriminated against when he went there for his covid test, that was scheduled online. RepTold him he couldn't get his covid because he didn't have the symptoms. His symptoms were stuffy nose headaches which are signs of covid.The covid test is 198 but insurance would cover the cost. He was told to come back tomorrow. Spoke to Gary, he didn't apologize for the way my husband was treated. I won't spend any more of my money at this Walgreens

Service at the photo counter for all offered services is greatly lacking. They handle FedX, product pick ups, returns, photos etc and do it with an attitude. Everyone seems irritated anytime Im there. Cashiers up front are good.

The store is amazing. Nate is friendly, hard working an an asset to your company. Laura is amazing. The pharmacy is awesome. Gary answers employees questions, gives shots, verify prescriptions with grace and a smile. I've witnessed this time and again. Elaine at the pharmacy is friendly, calls me by name. You have a great group of employees. Please let them know they are the reason I'm a customer. I do all my photos, medications and weekly shopping there. Your employees keep me coming back. Thanks for the great service.

The pharmacy staff is very impatient and unwilling to help. I continuously get texts that things are ready to be picked up & I arrive with that not the case. This is an ongoing issue with this specific Walgreens. Additionally, after stating my name and date of birth the tech asked me to speak and spell out the scripts. Which I believe is a huge violation of my privacy. Every other Walgreens I’ve used have always been discreet, helpful, and kind. I will be switching as soon as possible. I’m not someone to complain but this location deserves to be written about.
