With the recent switch to a centralized pharmacy, good luck getting your medicine in a timely manner. I understand maintenance meds, which aren't urgent. However, pain meds? Anti-inflammatories? These are to help people in acute pain, but too bad. You get to suffer an additional day at least so that we can reduce our cost and run with less staff.

Most unprofessional and rude associates in the pharmacy. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, and waited over 7 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was sitting outside the drive-thru window. Picked up a prescription for $546.00, and I didn't even get a thank you from the associate after the transaction!

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible They text You and call you and when you get there, it's not ready. I wish I could say this is an isolated incidbut it's not

Filled a prescription here 2 weeks in advance and they still didn't have it ready although the website said it was ready online. A lot of incompetent people work here. If you're local, get your prescriptions from anyone else.

So I've got COPD and Asthma, I noticed that my Albuterol inhaler didn't seem to be working,thru numerous tries my inhaler(Emergency inhaler )was down to 80 puffs,so I took it back,the first lady squeezed it 18 times befor acknowledging it was faulty in some way,she asked a co-worker to help (Michelle?),who squeezed my inhaler a couple more times before she washed it and said here's the problem,now my inhaler is on 60 puffs I asked them to please replace it as it is Emergency Medication they refused and said if I run out come back and they'll rebill it, horrible service,I'm like what if there is an emergency and I need it, I'm like your gonna charge my insurance company again for an inhaler that didn't work properly in the first place,just a total lack of consideration for my health and well being and a attempt to gouge the insurance for more money not to mention Michelle ? was argumentative and raised her voice,I'm like you had an opportunity to fix my problems but you'd rather I walk out frustrated and less than satisfied ,poor customer service,if the location wasn't as convenient as it is I'd be looking elsewhere.

Terribly rude staff at the pharmacy. If they are out of stock due to a shortage it is somehow your fault. Not helpful at finding solutions either. I will never use this Walgreens ever again.

I was shoping for my daughter who has extremely sensitive skin and is very particular about what she likes. She cannot wear or use certaint scents. I was made to feel like i was a criminal when they called the big man to come "help me" at the cosmetics counter. He did nothing but walk over n stare at me like he was scaring somebody. Is this a new tactic? Because its in very poor taste. So I smiled n said hello. N he just stared at me offering no help. I was walking around looking at different things to get my daughter for valentines day reading the lables. I wont be back. The lady at the checkout counter was also very smite and rude. Bet she felt real stupid when she saw me spend 50 dolllars on very overpriced walgreens products.
