This walgreens has very nice and knowledgeable staff. One of the cleanest walgreens i've been to as well everything is extremely organized and neat. The bathrooms are also very clean. The prices at walgreens are reasonable for the quality of their brand of products. As well i've never had to wait in a line longer than a minute if that. I also wanted to give a good review about Lily R., she greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in assisting me with getting what I need.

This is a mixed review because the staff is awesome and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My complaint is RX prices. I just picked up a prescription and it was 18. With insurance and good rx had it at Meijer for 11. I paid it since I was in a hurry and hurting but I will not be getting my prescriptions here anymore. Everything else about this particular location is awesome! It's one of the friendliest Walgreens I've ever been in! Kudos!

I went to this Walgreens to purchase some cough medicine and another item. The first lady was trying her best to help me but her machine wasn't cooperating for some reason. Then some guy who was dressed as a manager came to help me but did not acknowledge me whatsoever. The only time this guy spoke to me was to tell me my total. I ended up walking out without purchasing anything because I did not feel valued as a customer. This guy couldn't even make eye contact with me and to me that is extremely rude. It makes me feel like because he was a white man he didn't want to acknowledge me because I am a black woman. It happens a lot in this area in situations where I'm supposed to be getting at least decent customer service but instead I just get completely ignored until they absolutely have to speak to me.
