I should've left when I walked up and me and the older lady customer in front of me heard the 3 employees, 1 being the Dr laughing and bad mouthing the person in the drive thru and calling them retarded. After rudely being asked if I had an appt by the younger female employee at the pharmacy I answered no but that the urgent care Dr told me he sends everyone here because Walgreens accepted walk ins. The girl says their Dr on duty, he doesn't take walk-ins and she handed me a pamphlet of paper with 3 different ways to get vaccines from them 1) schedule an appt via their website (which was down) 2) Schedule an appt via the phone number which is a automated number that just continuously takes you back to the beginning. 3) COME TO THE PHARMACY COUNTER. As I'm sent to the lobby to schedule an appt on my phone, the same older little lady before me in line finally gets her things and walks back past me and says they also treated her terribly. I finally walked up since no one was in line and told them their website and number were down can they just help me since we were both humans standing face to face and clearly their site was down. Finally the Dr from a back corner tells the girl to say we have no openings for vaccines until 6pm. It was 230pm! I wasn't waiting around for 4 hours when I wasted an hour sitting in their lobby for no reason and to be made fun of. They couldve just told me they had a four hour wait from the beginning. Very unprofessional. Then the Dr had the audacity to tell me to stop but didn't stop himself from a lobby full of people hearing him call a drive thru patient retarded! These are the same people I was suppose to trust to give me shots properly. Meanwhile went to the Deer Park Walgreens, walked straight up to the counter and those employees were more than happy to help with a smile on their face and THEY WERE GLAD TO TAKE THE WALK IN and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and the employee gave me her discount after hearing how terrible the experience at Winton location was, Take notes, that's how customer service works! We wont be returning to Winton Pharmacy

It's been a while since I was treated this poorly. The pharmacist apparently didn't realize or care that I could hear him as he rudely dismissed that I had a sick and contagious kid and was waiting for a very simple prescription. I would have been more than patient if it wasn't for his comments and that they had the drive thru closed where we could've waited more peacefully. The cashier was just as rude and indifferent. She had shared with me the price, which I thought was high but I felt like I could trust that they had everything in order and that it's just an expensive drug. But the pharmacist asked the cashier something about the price and she said that she had told me how much it was and I didn't say anything so she doesn't care. Clearly implying they maybe hadn't run it through insurance or something but openly not caring about it. I also told them my kid was contagious and she suggested I take him to the toy aisle while waiting so he can't play with the toys there. Just incredible.Lesson learned, not coming back here

Great store and particularly friendly great employees. I can usually find whatever I need which is surprising with so many shortages. Easy and quick to get in and out.

I switched from cvs to Walgreens hoping for a more positive experience and it has been anything but. The pharmacy is not nice to their customers. No one could answer any questions about prescription cards and their bad attitudes were apparent. I returned that afternoon with all the information in hand they required to get my prescription (hydrocortisone cream) only for her to tell me it still wasn't ready despite me being there earlier. I showed up this morning after getting notification that it was ready. They had lost all my information and after giving them it all again they wanted me to still pay 75 bucks for my prescription. No one could answer why there was this charge and why cvs never costed me anything. Will not be returning. Do not use cvs or Walgreens in this area. No worth it because the workers do not care and don't know anything.

Do not use for vaccinations unless you have time to waste. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment but was not checked in until after my appointment time. I then waited another half an hour for my vaccination. There were no other vaccination appointments before mine. Instead they prioritized people coming in to pick up prescriptions. If I have to make an appointment, they should prioritize that appointment time. Going here was a complete waste of my time and will be a waste of yours.

Pharmacy Technician working Saturday morning at 9:40am can use more customer service training. Her lack of information could cause a person in serious need of medication some problems. I wanted to use a discount form of payment instead of my insurance and she didn't offer to grab a card they gave laying on the counter. I was able to get RX filled later that day successful, no thanks to her.
