Had to request the same prescription refilled three times before they could get it right. The older woman working the counter last night was just a nasty human being that just couldn't care less about someone getting the correct medication in a timely manner. Not only are they asking for a lawsuit but it makes sense why Walgreens is closing so many locations. Just a terrible pharmacy, go somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy!!! Covid really did a number on them. Ordered my refill last week online still don't have!!! Now I'm out!! And I know they don't really care!!! Shouldn't a customer be told when a store is out of a medication and they're waiting for it ? Not you folks. I had to wait to talk to someone and then they were very rude acting like I was inconveniencing them and rushing me off the phone. HEY I'M
the customer??? And this is NOT the first time stuff like this has happened. I really like Walgreens themselves but this has been out of control for too long!! Not sure if I'm going to go to a different location or a whole new place. Probably new place NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER FOR THIS !! AND the sad thing is like I said b4, they really don't care or otherwise all these reviews would be answered!!!

6/11/2024-Stopped here to pick up something for my "mother in-law" on 5/16/2024, while she waited in the car. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but the pharmacy staff told my boyfriend which location has it in stock. The staff we interacted with were pleasant.

I went to the Northbend store and wanted to use cash app. Madison was a life saver and helped me to use it. Very helpful and nice.

All night the signs lit up that says 24 hours. They close at 11:00 every day of the week and they close the pharmacy earlier. Keep your promise or take down your sign.

Keep telling me my refills are ready, then tell me when I arrive that they aren't ready or there's an issue with my insurance. I've left several times without getting my critical medications. No excuse at all for doing business this way.

When I first started with the pharmacy I was get real medicine than someone changed my profile to receive generic medicine. These generic medicine gave me some type of reaction and I had to go to the hospital.I didn't tell the pharmacist and refused to receive that same type of medicine.I asked the pharmacist to place the information on to my profile that I had to be hospitalized based off of whatever type of medicine that was...Some of my medicines went back to the original medicine I was receiving and some of the medicine was added and changed to the medicine that made me sick.I spoke to my doctor about the situation. My doctor then informed me that I could refuse the medicine they made me sick and that the pharmacist would have to give me a medicine that would not make me sick.The doctor changed the prescription to see if that would help me.And I'm not sure who individually but my profile start getting messed up and changed from automatic refills.So I would have to update the pharmacist with all my medicines and put them back on automatic refill.At first I did not see it as a problem but today I have had to do this over five times.Then I tried to get added on to their new program where you receive all your medicines once a month.I was told it takes between 30 to 45 days to receive all of your medicines and I was given a date to come and pick up my medicines.I came in on the date in which I was told to come in to find out there's someone had said on my file that I called and canceled and none of my prescriptions were ready and I had to redo my prescriptions on automatic refill again.I'm not sure what is going on with the staff if they think this is a funny situation LOL but I take my medicines very serious I would like to keep them on a regular basis and I do not feel like I should have to play these types of games with the pharmacist I do not feel safe to even pick up or receive any medicines at this point of time from pharmacy location.It makes me wonder if they gave me the medicine or purpose to make me sick.I'm not sure if this is stimming off the fact of being racist because I am a black woman maybe I was making them feel like I was demanding because I got sick from the medicine and I refuse to take the same type of medicine I took a picture and wrote down the brand because my doctor showed me how to do it I was being told by my doctor to inform the pharmacist and then it became a problem I don't feel like this is the place to go if you are a black person trying to receive medicine from this location I always thought the pharmacist is the main person for you to trust because they are giving you your medicine today I look at things differently and I am scared to go back to this location and pick up medicine that made me sick I wonder if they gave me medicine to make me sick.

The pharmacy workers are rude and treat customers like dirt, one lady I talked to was downright cruel.

This is only pertaining to the pharmacy. Was told to wait for my prescription and quoted 15-20 minutes. I’ve been here over an hour. Place is a mess. Customer service is trash. The lady running the place is more disorganized than the 20 yr old cashier.

I had to backup 4000 photos to many usb drives and Carly helped out so much and 2 other girls helped put to but I didn't get their names .Great customer service and everyone was so nice ,u don't get that any more these days.
