I usually stop by after work if I need snacks or gas. I mostly get snacks, though, cashiers are always helpful n playful if you r a regular.

Went in today for a bottle of water. Middle-aged female cashier told me three dollars and some change. I swiped my card (didnt ask for receipt) and when I got to my car I noticed my bank had texted me. They only text if I make a purchase over $25. I quickly checked my bank account and sure enough $132 charge. When I went inside I showed her my bank and asked her if this was the marathon gas station (that’s how they show up on the banking app) to be sure i didnt wrongfully accuse her. She told me no! So then I asked for my receipt. There is a red basket full of receipts right next to the register. She picked up the basket and looked really nervous and then put it down opened the cash register and pulled out my receipt and $130 from underneath. There’s no way this was a mistake she obviously typed in a miscellaneous fee. Buyers beware. Pay in cash or better yet don’t even do business with these types of people. Thats beyond greedy and selfish…. Nothing good comes to those who take from others.
