I am thrilled they repaired my ancient grandfather clock. It is nice to hear the clock bong again, even in the middle of the night! This is clearly a 5-star business and you can tell the people who work there love their work.

I bought my grandfather clock from Vin Acco in 1996, and it still looks great! the music sounds like it's playing backwards, but I don't play it much anyway. when I bought my first house in 1996, my clock was the first piece of furniture I bought, so I had a gold plate put inside with my name and the year and new home. Thank you Vin Acco for all the years of my luxury clock.

They were great! They were able to get my great-grandfather's 100+ year old mantel clock in excellent working order again. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They had a pretty long backlog of work, so we did have to wait about 5 months. However, that to be is just a sign of HOW GOOD they are. When I picked up the clock they took the time to explain how to work it, how to keep it going, etc. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice people with great service. they're quick their exact and they tell you exactly what went wrong and how they're going to fix it and then how it can keep working for your clocks. By far this is the best vintage clock store I've ever gone to!
