Fantastic, friendly, and quiet community. The Village has a genuine neighborhood feel to it.

I wanted to give a shout out to Susan and all the staff at The Village of Coldstream! I loved living in the community from 1/2023-1/2024. We especially liked the community involvement, the pool parties, and my Murphy loved the dog park. I would HIGHLY recommend this community if looking to relocate. ?

Beautiful place! We are so pleased with our townhome. Extremely comfortable place to live and the staff is always ready and available to help with any issues you may have.
Anderson Township's finest one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes, the surrounding trees and hills give you privacy from the outside world and ever changing color throughout the year. Our community offers an array of great amenities while Anderson Towne Center is just down the road, and downtown Cincinnati is just 15 minutes away.
