My mom was able to wait at my house since I had to work . She said the driver was courteous and kind and had a great personality. She called to give him a compliment to his supervisor and thinks his name is Anthony . Anthony thank you , you are much appreciated for your kindness towards my mom .

Kept appointment for pick up even though their was not a scheduled time. I had pick up at curb by 730am, 90 min.later VV picked up. 1 call. They did a great job

They're hit or miss. Sometimes they'll come pick up your donations, and sometimes they just say they came by and that nothing was on your porch.
