Bri was so wonderful! I had a very bad experience with Spectrum a few doors down and even though I probably smelled bad from moving all day, she was so kind and helped me with exactly what I needed. Good service still exists with Bri and her team. Thank you!

As a Verizon business customer who travels extensively for work, I recently encountered a significant issue with my phone while on the road. My phone inexplicably turned off and refused to function, prompting me to visit 5 or 6 Verizon stores across different states.Despite my efforts and multiple attempts at resolution, the problem persisted. Even next-day delivery attempts failed to yield results, leaving me stranded without a working device. However, my journey took a positive turn when I arrived at a Verizon store in Ohio.Two exceptional individuals at this store, one with dreads and the other adorned with two nose rings, one in each nostril, stepped up to the challenge. With their expertise and dedication, they successfully solved my problem and ensured the arrival of my insurance phone after numerous attempts and days of waiting.Their outstanding performance and commitment to resolving my issue set them apart from the rest. In a situation where others had dropped the ball, these two individuals exceeded expectations and delivered exceptional service.Although I regrettably don't recall their names, their efforts merit recognition, if not a raise or promotion. To the entire team at that Verizon store, especially to those two individuals, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for restoring my connectivity and faith in customer service. Thank you all for your professionalism and commitment to excellence.
