Horrible customer service. They added an extra line that I didn't need when replacing my daughter's phone a month ago, without permission, jacking my bill up $90 a month and basically told me too bad when I went in to get it fixed. Needless to say I switched my provider immediately for half price. Verizon can kick rocks and please hire better employees.

This to rate Dominiqe Mason and Zach Patchell are great ambassadors to your product. They took very good care of myself and my wife.
They both should get raises because of the work they do.a

I walked in to an empty store and was waited on immediately . I thought it was going to be a quick in and out visit. Well I was wrong! The manager asked me what I needed, I said I'd like to buy a new phone because mine wasn't working. He then said that my name wasn't on my account. The account that I've had for 23 years! Instead my husband and 3 adult children were on it.The 3 adult children who we took off years ago because they married and got their own plans. He wouldn't talk to me because of this. I had to call my husband at work so he could call Verizon and change everything, and put me as the account manager, again. After that was taken care of I was pawned off on another employee who for the next 45 minutes tried to get me to purchase everything they offered as far as insurance, warranties, iCloud storage, more gigabytes, and upgrading our plan. I continued to say that I wasn't going to make a change or purchase without talking to my husband first. I only wanted to buy a new phone. So she looked at me and said that she could no longer help me and that I had to call Verizon. by this time I had been there an hour! I call Verizon from the store. The person who answered continued to ask me the code that she sent to my phone and couldn't understand that MY PHONE DIDNT WORK so I wasn't seeing a code. The employee at the store took my sims card and put it in a display phone so I could get the code. Once I gave her the code she said she had to talk to my husband BECAUSE HE WAS THE ACCOUNT MANAGER!!!! I explained about my husband making me the account manager earlier. She refused to talk to me. I hung up on her grabbed my stuff and went to my car. I then realised my sims card was still in the store so I went back in. I asked the employee who took it out if she replaced it.and she said she did. Guess what ,she didnt! Now I have to go back tomorrow after working a 12 hour night shift to get it. I was and am beyond pissed. Horrible service!!! I only gave a star because without it I couldn't post my review.

Went in to upgrade phone. 4 people working, all looking at their cell phones. No other customers. No one greeted us. After 2 minutes a man asked what we were in for and I said to upgrade phone to newer I-phone. He offered almost zero assistance while leaning against the counter. Zero personality or energy. Zero salesmanship. We chose the phone we wanted and asked him to transfer the data. He said - it's $30. We said okay. He didn't ask if we needed any accessories. We wanted to purchase screen protector but he said they didn't have any for the 14. Waited quite a while for the data to transfer while he was back looking at his phone. Finally we took the phones with us and let them transfer at home.
It wasn't terrible, we did walk out of their with mission accomplished as far as a new phone but I would not recommend this store to anyone. Now I know why Verizon pushes to upgrade online and have a phone sent to you. They do not have the customer service they used to have.

Beware! If you go into this Verizon store and work with the sales rep Taylor Polly, get EVERYTHING in writing.
I needed a new phone and went into the store. Polly “helped” me. I asked about promotions for a new phone while explaining I didn’t want to change my phone plan.
He told me there was a promotion for a free new iPhone 14 if you open a phone line. He said there would be no changes to my phone plan, I can use it as a “ghost line” and I would save money because the more phone lines you have, the greater the discount (I already had 5 phone lines). He said the discounts would cover the cost of the “ghost” phone line.
Sounds too good to be true right? A free phone, extra phone line, no change in phone plan and no change in cost? It was too good to be true. Polly changed 3 phone plans on 3 of my existing lines without my consent or knowledge after assuring me nothing would change with my phone plans. I had phone plans I was grandfathered into.
I unfortunately did not get any of this written down and was royally screwed in the end. The phone promotion was also not a free phone unless you had an expensive premium plan. I had a post it note Polly wrote down pricing on that showed he quoted me a free phone. The GM Derrick was great. He did honor the free phone but was unable to honor the other dishonest information Polly spewed out.
I’m now paying more than I was paying prior each month due to an extra phone line I don’t use. I wanted to cancel the phone line and instead use my phone upgrade on my phone. Verizon wouldn’t do that because I’d have to return the phone and it was past the “return window” of 30 days. I didn’t see the changes to the phone plans until I got my next bill, went into the store, spoke with the GM, waited a week for the GM to call be back with a solution, he never called because someone threw away the paper with my number on it, went back to the store, the GM wasn’t working, and went back a 3rd time when the GM was working. I wasted the time I had to return the phone by trying to find a solution.
I’m a Veteran and my Veteran discount on my bill is a wash now with this stupid extra phone line. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years (15 years with my own account) and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I understand mistakes happen and give grace in those situations. This however was not a mistake and there was a lack of acknowledgment/accountability from the staff. I will be taking my business to T-Mobile. Right now I’m paying around $230 for 6 phone lines, 2 lines premium data + mobile hotspot, 4 lines no premium data and no hotspot. T-Mobile will be $185 a month for 5 lines, all premium data + mobile hotspot. The amount includes taxes and fees, unlike Verizon who charge random fees each month. It’s a no brainer right?

Nice location the service was horrible. The associate rushed me out of the location and didn’t care about asking me questions or making a sale. I was wanting to know more about moving from my parents to my own plan and that person was not helpfulNow I’m looking for another phone service

Verizon salesmen will sign you up for something before you are even ready! Signed me up for home Internet they told me just $35 month, but then wanted $60 plus tax for box, I cancelled!! I do not like the way they do business, but the phone service is top of the line.

Jaylah was a delight to work with. My grandson wanted to be responsible for his own phone bill since he's working...she was very patient and through.....the manager was there, and we expressed that they should definitely keep her. She greeted us at the door... no one else moved... but the atmosphere in the store was friendly and the music was great..
