We just got the best news last week that we are finally getting the amenities ( Skyridge)that we were promised back in 2021. Pool, clubhouse, resident lounge, etc. Ground breaking in 2025!! Wonderful news. Thank you

Everyone is willing to come together & resolve obstacles we may face! I started with venture communities 1 months ago and I have never been happier. Coming from a background of construction and maintenance I have experienced a variety of work environments. This is by far the best place I have worked in all my years. The people I work with are amazing and the business practices/vision are exactly in line with what I believe it takes to be successful.

New owners this year. Mass rent increases-up to 80%.
82 yr old woman has 30 days to figure out how to move or pay $500 more than last month. Matt claims he’s running a Christian company. He’s crooked and money hungry.
He created a hostile work environment to run off his current employees so he can hire new employees and pay them less. Meanwhile the tenants have no maintenance or management because the few people who care about their jobs quit.
It’s going to get worse before it gets better!
Ask yourself, should you move in somewhere that has inflated rent and a landlord who sees tenants as income, not people and employees are disposable.

The management is horrible they failed to mention that we had to be 21 years or older two days prior to our move in date and they’ve spoken to us multiple times and we went on a tour and they never mentioned it this was one of there properties skyridge.

This company is an absolute joke. I lived at the 4364 Marsue Lane building and was always early with my rent, never had anyone complain about me, got along with the other tenants and left my apartment cleaner than I got it. I have been calling and texting, emailing and submitting requests for a WEEK trying to figure out where to return my keys and when I will get my security deposit back, and have been ignored. I never received any information after cancelling my lease. And this is not unusual--the property manager Sadi never returns calls. She doesn't care about the people in the building, as long as she is getting paid. The other tenants I spoke to in the building felt the same exact way. Anytime there was an issue, it was put off as long as possible on the building manager's end. I will never live anywhere owned by this company again. I would LOVE to be able to return these keys because I KNOW if I don't by the 30th, they'll charge me for it. SADI. CALL ME.

Do not move here they cut hot water off every month for days and will act like they have no idea it happen kids outside run in hallways making mess and they have mice

They are out here just taking peoples hard earned money via application fees. You can’t reach a live person, management does not respond to voicemail or emails. Horrible customer service. They have a bogus denial system.
