Appointment with Grace for my wedding makeup. She was great. I had some questions about my bill when I checked out and was told only Ashley could answer my questions since it had to do with wedding makeup. I asked for a phone call to clarify my charges and have not received a call back

It was just okay. The staff was friendly, but the service itself and quality of work did not meet my expectations based on the salon’s pricing. I’m never one to complain about prices or anything as long as the outcome of the service is up to scale. However every time I’ve gone here it has been slightly disappointing. The first time I was getting my hair dyed from blonde to black and had several hidden pieces of blonde left upon leaving the salon. The second time I had it dyed again to rectify the blonde pieces left undyed and they didn’t style my hair afterwards. The stylist simply dried it and sent me on my way with fully black hair this time at least. Finally, the third time I got a haircut and was never offered a conditioning treatment, hand lotion, or a warm towel as I had been before. The lack of consistency in the quality of service is unfortunate considering the beautiful aesthetic and friendly environment at this salon. I will note that their blowouts are gorgeous when I have been able to get my hair styled there!

Stylist: Grace is wonderful. She listened to what I wanted, went in stages and let me see what she did. Then let me decide if I wanted more off. If I wanted something changed she was so pleasant about the change.
