Hire some people to answer the phones. I Live at an apartment complex. Unlike all other deliveries this most recent driver struggled so bad at finding my address he said that I moved and now no one will answer the phone.

Look, I think a less than 3 star review score is a little skewed. Most people won’t take the time to tell you when everything was easy and convenient. Well, I had a bit of a funky situation happen with a package and Bill, working the postal desk, helped me out and I found him to be kind and a pleasant person to work with. Thanks Bill, your direction helped.

I called many times and no answer!
My package was never delivered and it's says no access in location tell your driver to call so I can open the door not all apartment can be access and not all apartment can leave the main door open, that's why we put our phone number for delivery! And there is a doorbell he can press! This happens many times. I am always at home. Please have a meeting to your delivery man.

Normally folks complain about the post office. I have no complaints about this location. Any time I’ve needed help or had a question, they’ve been so nice and accommodating.

Hey there!So, I spent all of yesterday waiting for my package to arrive, but it never showed up. The tracking even said there was a problem getting to my place. And here I am today, doing the whole waiting game again, hoping my package gets delivered. I reached out to customer service to let them know and I'm still waiting to see what happens next. I found out it was supposed to be at this local branch, so I called them like ten times trying to get some answers, but no one picked up. Finally, a guy named William answered and was very polite about helping me sort everything out and fix the issue on the spot. I actually got my package today, and the delivery guy was super friendly too.

Delivered my package to the wrong parcel locker. I understand people make mistakes. I submitted a ticket to make them aware. Someone reached out after 3 days and just kept reiterating the package was delivered. When I call them back to let them know it’s still not here they don’t answer the phone not sure how to handle the situation. I paid for express shipping and it’s been 2 weeks since my package was supposed to be here

Worst post office in the country. They refuse to give me my mail because I don’t want my name on my mailbox. They have held my mail and my packages illegally… and write on my packages “See supervisor before delivery” because they are horrible.

I've been a regular shipping stuff through this specific USPS, and my experience is solely based on shipping records via media mail in person so take it with a grain of salt.Staff there are amicable and never come off rude or antagonistic. I have shipped over 100+ items ranging from small to large and heavy packages, and have not had any issues with any lost or damaged media. Furthermore they are very helpful in answering questions and giving advice on packaging and shipping, which has helped me when it came to international shipping. A lot of the more critical reviews (and frustrated customers I've had the pleasure of hearing in the location) seem to focus on more procedural aspects that are a part of their job rather than staff going out of their way to irritate customers.

Had to send larg envelopes so I needed to see how much postage was needed. There was no wate and the gentleman that Waited on me was verypolite and patient. There are very steep steps to climb to get into the building on one side and a steep ramp on the other witch would be very difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

Customer service is great, unless you take the horrible outside mailbox/letter drops into account. I have VERY long arms and still have to open my car door and rock the window down to out a letter in!!! They are NOT convenient...is there a reason for this????

Had an important package that was needed TODAY missed because I got NO NOTIFICATION of the mail person being at my building! After calling this office trying to meet with mail person or get my package dropped off, he talked over me saying there's nothing that can be done!!! USPS is a terrible service and I would have NEVER had them handling my package if given the option to choose!!
