I’m upset that 0 stars is not an option. The lady behind the front counter is rude, disrespectful and should be fired. She was upset that I brought in a package to be shipped…. Literally!!!! She asked me where I thought she was going to put my 22”x22”x6” box. I didn’t answer and she threw the box into the back room. I plan to call the manager tomorrow. I will not ever visit that branch again. It’s sad that the USPS hires such rude and incompetent individuals!

Hours stated open online are not correct. Since they are only open until 1130 1/6 of the time they are supposed to be open they are closed.

literally the worst post office with the most rude woman alive behind the counter. could at least act like you want to be here and possibly even be here when it's posted you will be. horrid. if i could leave 0 stars i would.

It sad when yout local post office mailman can steel your packages. They stole my daughters birthday gift for me. And I know they did because there was two other packages delivered that day and I personally went out and got them as soon as they were delivered. So post man delivered 2 and kept one. And post office does nothing about it. Saddest part is I just moved to this neighborhood and never had this trouble anywhere else I've live. This post office makes north college hill look bad.

Happened to walk in during lunch, pulled on the handle because the sign that was posted was upside down. I was then proceeded to get scolded for checking the door. Woman said “you’re gonna pull the door off its hinge” (it’s a steel door mind you). Then I asked if they could just take my box in the back since it didn’t need a label and she said no and slammed the door in my face

I came into verify my identity as part of a change of address request. Felicia was able to get me sorted and took the opportunity to bring another employee up to speed on the process without taking any extra time.

Whoever delivers our mail to the trailer park on daly rd needs to be fired. He stuffs all of our mail into one box as in the WHOLE LOTS MAIL. then steals packages we have all witnessed him take a ups package that was already delivered when he was dropping off mail. We have very clearly marked mailboxes. Not sure what the heck his problem is. But replace him or we are all ready to confront him for messing our mail up and stealing!! This is ridiculous. Our mail should be able to be trusted in the hands of your employees. Instead this one is careless and a thief!

I trying to get a hold of those workers about my package. That woman got an nasty attitude couldn't talk straight on the phone. We having a biggest issue with our packages and mails coming threw. And that doesn't make no sense can't no service getting this mess straightened out right away. And couldn't getting no other post office to answer their phone. And the second team b####ing at me. Come on lady where is our stuff. I wanna to know.

Miss Rhonda was super helpful in helping me get out my package. I’ve never sent anything to a military base before and this was my third time and place trying to get it right! So thankful to finally get this package out with her help. Now that I know when to come in and how to fill out stuff for customs I’ll definitely be more on top of it from here on out. Thank you!

When they mark your package as delivered, it's actually not. I've bought a $500 Canon camera that was marked as delivered, I didn't have. Go to the store, it was left IN THE VAN. Don't know how that's delivered okay. Then ordered another package that got marked as delivered. I ran to my front door an NOTHING. I put in my address for it to be delivered TO MY ADDRESS.
