If I could leave Zero stars I would. Our mail carrier NEVER tries to deliver my small packages or certified letters. I just get a notice with my mail " we tried to deliver sorry you weren't home, please pick up at the postal service location."
I have missed two things needed right away and a letter from my Dr about needing more tests run. Like seriously???? EVERY SINGLE TIME I WAS HOME!!!!! Grrrr HATE our lazy carriers!!!

Said they would redeliver my package today around 11-12 this afternoon. It's now hours later, and I still haven't received it, and they are no longer answering the phone.

Terrible experience they sent out my first package to the wrong address then sent out another package of mine to the wrong address had to call for literally three days to get it sent to there warehouse while the talked very disrespectfully to me also upon going to the place to pick up my federal package there was an older blonde lady the works customer service was very rude proceeded to tell me I wasn’t supposed to be there as I told her my package was here she slams the door in my face goes get package comes back throws at me and slams the door again I think u guys need a better hiring and better people to handle emergency situations

This post office needs to do a better job of hire ppl that actually work. This generation is so screwed up no one wants to work. I haven't been getting my mail for a while now, I haven't gotten any piece of mail. I get photo copy's sent to my email of what I should be getting and I never received any of my mail. Something needs done I've been to the post office a few times and problem still isn't resolved

Drive thru mailbox is open; put my mail in box on 15th of November and it did not get delivered; when I called worker female was rude and not helpful she said mail was lost downtown or destroyed!!!!! And she said this as if it was a practiced speech! Very quick to put blame on downtown branch even said they have a lost and found.

No one picks up the phone. No one cares. Package was returned supposedly due to an incomplete address. BS. When I called the automated attendant, was notified the package was returned to Amazon.

I have informed delivery emails and several days, the mail I'm supposed to get hasn't shown up, including important things I need. I hope they decide to deliver the mail they're keeping captive eventually before it becomes a serious issue.Edit: carrier kept my package and marked it as delivered/picked up. Just keeps getting better ?

Consistently loses packages. And you can no longer deliver through the dropbox here. Just go to FedEx It's about 1,000 ft away

Haven’t received mail for several days, multiple packages too, carrier said building not accessible for days but that’s a lie. Was home and building door unlocked all those days and NO mail person on the ring doorbell camera. Supposedly due to a carrier shortage, but they lie and say can’t deliver cause building door (they have the code) was locked. Stop lying and bring my mail!!! 2 days watched and us and neighbors never received mail. Guess our carrier went in witness protection. Called the number 35 times no one answered

Showed my package had been delivered and then changed to available for pickup. They didn’t even attempt to deliver my package. I set up for them to re-deliver my package and have not gotten any email or tracking saying it has been delivered. So frustrating. I have a job, I don’t need to be doing the mail-persons job as well and have to go pick up my package that I paid shipping for!

I have not received any of my daily mail since November 30th. I have informed delivery and see when I’m due to get mail, despite the postman parking on my street I don’t get mail. I have filed 4 complaints and have yet to get any call backs regarding the complaints. I am unable to get in touch with the station master because I am transferred to an automated system. Monday I will be making a trip to find out what the problem is because this is getting ridiculous.
