I’m embarrassed I don’t know her name. She’s been so nice to me over the years. Often doing extra little things I know she doesn’t have to.To the folks complaining… you should only know what it was like when the battle-axe that was there before her commanded the “shop”. Now that was dreadful. But with the workload, and the nutty customers with ridiculous demands, I guess I could understand her vitriol.However, the day that (I promise I will learn her name) took over, life in Clifton Gaslight improved 100%!I watch, and know that running that post office by oneself is a daunting job. I for one would rather put up with “mail lady” number 1. than lose our Neighborhood post office. But since mail lady 2 took over, quite a few years ago, our post office is nothing but a lovely addition to Ludlow Ave. I’d miss her terribly were she to go.

I have no idea how anyone could post a positive review about this place. The lady operates well until you ask her a question. She’s always impatient and snappy. Huge attitude every time. At some point she even told me “I thought you couldn’t write in English” when I asked her about the appropriate format for an address that had more elements than a standard address. I was with a friend, she actually complimented me for keeping calm in front of that lady.This is a prime example why I prefer to use private courier services than the USPS. They could shot it down for all I care.

the usps is worthless. in today's world, a m'fer shouldn't need to use snail mail. You can pay all your bills online; you can check your disability on line; you can even have a real carrier transport your cards and gifts to those who you are sending them to AND they'll actually receive them in a reasonable amount of time. CANCEL USPS.

Veronica, defyingly, challenged me to report her to her supervisor because nothing will happen.Myself and another customer waited for 20 minutes and were the last 2 customers for the day after she helped every domestic mail before us. When she found out we both were doing international mail she started yelling very disrespectfully saying that she did not have time for that and we had to come another day and started closing everything. I insisted saying that she helped the previous customers and we waited for 20 mins and she kept being disrespectful and said she will call the police if we do not leave. I was with my 5 year old son. It felt that Veronica specifically targeted 2 immigrant clients to not do her work. I felt completely discriminated and angry at her. I had to leave the store because my 5y/o was getting scared when she said she will call the police on us. Veronica is a person of color and in her 60s. It was very disturbing for me been discriminated by someone who should understands the problems of racism. USPS should take this case very seriously and hire people more tolerant to immigrants and are willing to at least do their obligations. Veronica has been reported a few times for her behavior on Google maps and nothing has happened. She keeps scalating her bad behavior based on the reviews.I was at the store on 03/16 @3:40pm.

Friendly and fast service. Clean as well. Only 4 stars because it is super small post office. Also a lot of basic items were low or out of stock. Completely out of single stamps and running super low on money orders. Over all great experience and service though.

Terrible. Always have packages stuck at this location. Currently an eBay case against me because the Cincinnati post office has had the package for 11 days. Unprofessional spokesman.
