I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON A PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF THIS OFFICE .

This post office is a joke. They pick and choose which packages that they want to leave when the rental office isn’t open. My dad’s watch was left in his hall way and stolen yet I order a tube of lipstick that can fit inside of the mailbox and it’s left at the rent office. Lord forbid I order something from Amazon and they deliver through USPS over the weekend. I won’t get it even though I’m sitting at home . I’ve filed numerous complaints through higher ups and am about to continue. I’ve went to the branch and spoke with Carl and staff that confirmed that our route driver is plain lazy and half does his job.

Made an appointment online to apply for a passport, when we got there, we found out that they don't do passport appointments on Saturdays...the website was wrong. Thankfully, the lady who helped us, Baby, said that she would go ahead and take care of it. She was kind, efficient, and a perfect example of awesome customer service! Thanks again Baby!

I paid $30.00 for a mailbox key on 7/17/24 and still have not got an email a phone call or anything about my key. The supervisor at this post office does not care and will not do their job I have filed a complaint with 1800 USPS and still not a dam thing

Furious. I took the passport photo and submitted it. And REJECTED. Because the photo from here was wrong. Now I need to retake and resubmit. USPS is the worst facility for sure. Because they don't know how to do one of their job, I waste so much unnecessary money and time. The worst experiences ever. I ended up with an urgent passport process from Chicago. Don't waste your time and money in this place. Usps need to review their performance for sure. Awful

Had my package “delivered” 4 times now and it was stolen. The last 3 packages that did arrive and were placed in my buildings package lockers were opened and riffled through. The carriers are stealing and looking through the packages. Happens to everyone in my building

Worst customer service experience. No recent updates. I was told my package was accidentally sorted elsewhere!! No other information. I think they are deliberately trying to lose and keep people packages bc this is the second time this has happened! When I tried to get the tracking number I was told there was so internet service so I went outside and there was still no service. The lady gave me no other options to look up my packet info. Luckily I had a snap shot. If my package is not delivered today I will definitely be having someone investigate that location. The ppl are unapologetic and sheisty as hell. No delivery was even attempted yesterday!!! Unprofessional!!!
