I have throat cancer and do not speak too clearly. The phone messaging component of PO system does not understand me, PO should add a text capability/direct person contact. Important mail is not delivered. Overall rating is very poor. We tax payers pay for crap.

I don’t know why all of the reviews on here are so bad. Both of the people who were working today were helpful with answering my questions, and quick at getting me through the line and getting my package on its way!

My delivery person stole my wallet that had fallen out while I was going inside my home. I checked my cameras and they were the only one that had walked by.
