Rude people behind counter. There really is no reason to go in person to mail things.I have brought in a few things over the past year only to encounter a "no soup for you" kind of mentality. One time I brought in a item to send first class that was only 14oz only to my surprise the man declared to me that it wasn't eligible. I have been successfully shipping out items for years first class under 16oz. I told him that and he was super ticked that I said anything and pressured me into sending the package priority for more money. Personally I was just confused and thought USPS changed their policy overnight. The guy behind the counter was super rude and seemed to take the fact I said something about the price difference as a personal offensive. Like I had insulted his baby or something of that magnitude ?I looked it up later and found out online shipping does allow up to 16oz but at the in person store it's up to 13oz. I'm not sure why he wasn't helpful in telling me my options and acted like I was from a different universe when I said I always ship first class under a pound. Kinda thinking USPS is purposefully giving incentives to ship from home. Cheaper prices and the negative reinforcement of having a snarky cashier at their in person location.BUT I will say I love our mail carrier and it seems like in general they are all a bunch of hard working cheerful people. Maybe a good idea is to get your cashiers out to do some deliveries to get them outside! ?

This is the best USPS I've ever gone to. From the minute i walked in the door the staff was accommodating, personable, and helpful. Since Millenials don't mail things, it was nice to be guided through the process of sending a package to a friend with such an easiness. Long live the USPS

The first time I visited this post office, I walked face first into one of the glass walls leading to it. So, I guess it's pretty clean? Inside, it's a bit run down looking & the line setup can be confusing with 2 entrances, but the staff here is quick, efficient, & friendly. Very conveniently located to those of us working downtown who need to visit over lunch for whatever reason.

This is the best post office I have ever used. I have been twice now and I was helped by different people. Both times I had something I needed to send but no idea what I needed to pack them and what would be the least expensive way to send them. Both times they packaged the item quickly and it was much less expensive than I was expecting. I am thrilled that this is my local post office.

Being located downtown the location couldn't get more convenient if you're like me and work downtown. It was a bit difficult to navigate my way the first time I stopped in but once you go up the stairs/escalator walk through the archway on the left and you'll see it straight ahead. The line can sometimes be long but the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes max.
