Worst customer service I've ever seen n my life. Was on hold for 28 mins n The guy Jared told me to quit B*****ing, For that they have lost my business I will find another bank tomorrow!

Sloooow location. Front doors were locked which was confusing, so I sat in drive thru for awhile before getting frustrated with the wait (only one person in front of me who also seemed frustrated), went to drive away until I realized there were cars parked in the back so I tried the back doors, which were unlocked. Went inside to another long wait where the man in front of me made a remark about how long it was taking and one of the tellers quipped back "well you see how many of us there are today". Actually, I saw at least 4 tellers and that seems like plenty to me. One extra star because the teller that helped us was nice.

Went to this branch on Monday, they were doing some renovations to the branch. I was trying to cash a check from school and the teller was not helpful or nice. The lady next to him was rude and kept getting involved when I wasn't even talking to her. They didn't cash my check saying I wasn't a customer, I have a credit card US Bank, but they kept saying cash was only for their customers. I could have open an account there but they were so rude. They told me to go to another bank. I thought about banking with you guys again, but your tellers are rude and I wont be doing that anymore.

Poor service and there is no match with the commitment of words. I have never experienced this poor service in anywhere.Lack of professionalism and very poor explanation. Will never refer anyone.

This branch of US Bank is such a joke. The ATM never works. Either you can't withdraw cash or your can't deposit it. Every single time.

I walked into the US Bank location with my elderly disabled parent on a Saturday morning. The evening before she had been the victim of a scammer, thankfully the store business manager had alerted the fraud. US Bank had rightfully suspended all of her accounts. I walked up to Jared May and explained that my mother had fallen victim to a scammer and had no access to her accounts, she was so confused and upset, I explained she could not do this over the phone or through the internet because of her disability. Jared sat her down, was able to verify that no funds were deposited or paid out from her hi jacked accounts. He went slowly and explained everything that happened so my distraught parent understood. This patient and reassuring man was beyond helpful. It took the remainder of business hours but we left knowing her accounts were secure, with new accounts and access and a plan to move all regular deposits and payments to the newly set up accounts. Thank you is not enough, I offered to treat him to lunch; of course the dedicated professional refused. We always worry for our loved ones, I feel so much better that US Bank was on the case and that we can call this branch and Jared specifically as we untangle the mess this has created.Jared even helped us get in touch with the credit card US Bank as well to sort through that account hack too.Thank you so much US Bank and Jared May

Came here to open account for my daughter, there were bunch clerks and noone customer but they still asked us to make appointment. No service without appointment its so sad. Its not actually good and customer friendly service.In my bank they are ready to help at any time.

Made an appointment & received a confirmation email & text stating to call when I arrive. Arrived & called 3 times , nobody answered the phone or let me in for my appointment. I will not be going back to this branch! Very unprofessional & a waste of my time!

I must say that I receive excellent customer service at US Bank in Springdale, Ohio. All who work there are very thorough and pleasant. Depending on the day and time, the drive-up window can have a rather long wait. Please understand it is not the worker it is the types of transactions of the customer that can delay the service for others.
