I spend two days trying to get a hold of this bank and all you get is no one to talk to. I have to say I have been with us bank for 15 years and every year it keeps getting worse on customer service. Maybe next week I need to start looking at new banks.

Pretty consistently an awful experience more often than not which I honestly don’t like to report such reviews but it is just the truth - seems like if you take the time to walk in rather than wait a lifetime in the drive thru the experience is some how not as bad ? Strange observation I know …
