I recently visited The UPS Store, and the service was exceptional! Om was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me with packaging my items securely and ensured everything was ready for shipment in no time. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. Whether you need to ship a package or use their other services, I highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Om, for making it a great experience!

The workers are very helpful at this particular location the three working when I went in the afternoon were all very helpful, and they all were tuning in to find the best solution to my problem. Every other store I have been to would have one person half a$$ an incorrect answer. However I’ve seen a few people lose there head and cuss out the employees, and I ask the employees why the customer did that, and it would be something as simple as a 1.00$ charge because the customer forgot to print their label. Walking into that store makes me almost realize how reasonable normal people are. But other than that the employees seems very eager to help and friendly, and can work through people completely going ballistic.

I come into this UPS store fairly often and I’ve always been so impressed with Bhavisha’s customer service but today she went even more above and beyond. I had a return that required me to purchase a shipping bag. She was great at explaining why that was needed. I’m so grateful for the partnership that UPS has with the companies I order from that makes it super easy to return items. Thanks again, Bhavisha!

I would like to give zero stars, but I can't. We had four Amazon chairs in two boxes - never opened - to return. UPS was an approved drop off site. The chairs were heavy and both employees proceeded to yell at us before we got in the door because we had only one code. I asked them to be nicer, and they got worse. They told me they weren't Amazon, as if we didn't know that. They could have nicely explained we'd need an Amazon drop off site - which is what we ended up doing - because they weren't equipped to ship two boxes with one code. How hard would it have been for them to be nice instead of perks? This was 9/13 at noon if anyone from UPS is interested in who was so rude to us. My sweet daughter never says an unkind word about anyone, and she agreed they were awful! NEVER going there again!

Typically, I wouldn’t leave a review for a UPS unless I had a negative experience and I think that’s how most people are. Having said that, I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and have always had excellent service. The owners, Bobby and Bhavisha are very helpful and friendly. Their employees are all well trained and represent the owners and business well. I run a small distribution company and shipping is everything for us, obviously. Bobby and Bhavisha have never let us down. Thank you!

The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is always good, and the small touches like lollipops for the kids is a great incentive for the "small" package carriers

Every time I go to this location they treat me horrible. They have rude employees. If Amazon uses them for returns they should be way more accommodating. They had a bowl of sucker's and my kid saw it, so I said go ahead and ask them. The guy was like it's not up to me, so I said I'm teaching her manners geez. Just hate the location and I think this time broke the camels back for me. Not returning.

Had an Amazon return. Was customer packed. And they wouldn’t just tape the box. Wow ?
