ups.com is horrible. We had payment and service fees that were more than the freight bill. Payment policies, service fees, customer support all of it is horrible. My business had to pay there fee to make them go away. We immediately closed the account. You know there are other shipping options right?

Always an issue with delays from the Sharonville location. My package is currently in New Philadelphia instead of delivered to me because the Sharonville facility sorted incorrectly.

Was having 3 items shipped in. Receive a notice that all 3 had been delivered but only one package was actually delivered. The man from dispatch I spoke to was rude, would cut me off in mid sentence then when I gave him information on the packages that were missing he disconnected the line. These people are total clowns.

Great place to get loads from I was in and out with trailer loaded and bol in hand in less than 30 minutes the 3 times I've been there. Also most place that you deliver to for a ups facility are normal very quick unloading as well

UPS Freight delivered 2 Grizzly band saws to my residence. The first, 2 fork lift holes were in the top of the box, and the saw had huge dents in the housing and cast iron wheels. Grizzly sent me a replacement band saw that just arrived today. The box was completely torn to shreds with at least 5 fork holes piercing through. The bottom of the box was practically gone, with just the styrofoam showing. I have not been able to set up the saw yet to check for damage, but the condition of the delivery is completely unacceptable and shows no respect to the customers. Given this happened twice, I have absolutely no confidence in UPS freight. My father, who has worked in the corporate office at UPS for 40 years, was present for this delivery and completely embarrassed by the quality of the package. I don't know if this is an issue with the Cincinnati Terminal, or UPS freight as a whole, but their service is horrendous. With that being said, the drivers were very professional and apologetic. They too were emabarresed by the damages and thought it unacceptable.
