The worse UPS store ever! If there’s an opinion of 0 star, I would choose it. We came in to send an Amazon return product, and there’s no other customer. Because I wasn’t sure about the packing so I didn’t seal the package. The old man at the front desk told me to buy a tape and DIY for the packing because he’s busy with something, when we asked if he can just tape it for us, he told us to put it aside in the beginning and then he asked us to go to other store because he feels we are rushing him and he’s busy while we are the only customer in the store. Never want to come back here, and if this is how UPS train your employees, I’ll try to avoid choosing your service in most of the ways.

I scheduled a notary service for today at 9am in advance. Get to the store at 8:59, the doors don't open until 9:03, 3 minutes after the sign whatever it happens.
Guy at the front opens the door, doesn't say a word and just turns his back to me. Tell him about my scheduled appointment and all I get is "no notary today"...???????? What is the point of scheduling an appointment?
Won't be coming back to this location, miserably rude employees. As the other reviews clearly show just stay away from this location, beyond useless.

This store was great for packaging and shopping. Bobby did a great job explaining step by step how the packaging was going to be protected from damage.

While the store is conveniently located, the customer service is lacking. No greeting when customers enter; little assistance or help; no Thank You for Coming when customers leave. I was returning 2 large packages to Amazon and had to do everything myself. I'll be using other UPS stores in the future.

I'm not one to leave yelp reviews, but it you want to ship anything potentially breakable, do not use this place, and NEVER let them pack anything! My mom send me an side table she had refinished. The store packed it. They literally just stuffed in in a box that was almost smaller than the table, didn't bother to put even a single piece of bubble wrap around it to protect the contents, not even some paper. It's a miracle it didn't arrived smashed to bits, as the box it was in was also torn and dented in multiple places. They do not know how to pack things.

Operating hours are a lie.
Posted hours for Saturday are 10-5.
Arrived at 11:00 doors locked. Shopped in area for an hour, came back and doors still locked. How inconsiderate!! Not the first time this has happened.

I've been to this UPS location twice, thinking maybe the first time the guy was having a bad because of how rude he was. NOPE, it's his character. He never spoke when i cave in. He continued prep taping boxes until he was finished with all five. Then asked how he could help me. I handed him my package, he snatched it then threw it on the counter & placed the shipping label on it without fully sealing it. And again, he threw it over to the with other packages. I'm glad I had clothes & not something fragile. He refused to give his name. I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION WHILE HE'S WORKING THERE, AND I'M IN WALKING DISTANCE.
Save your peace & go somewhere else.

You’re better off going up the street to the other UPS in Symmes. You actually save time even if it’s out of your way, I promise.
I watched the owner struggle to help multiple customers in front of me (I had nothing to do and it was semi entertaining to watch everyone get upset), took him over 20 minutes to send my Amazon return because his self service kiosk was broken. Save your time, go somewhere else. ?

If I can give a zero star, I will. I have never had this horrible experience before. The staff who is an old man was so rude and unprofessional!! I read the reviews about this location after it happened. It seems I’m not the only one being treated like this. The owner replied to all the bad reviews, but apparently nothing changed. Go somewhere else, unless you want to ruin your day.

We had a horrible experience at this UPS Store. We were supposed to sell our car. We found a client and agreed to meet at this ups store to notarize the title. Both the client and my husband took morning off from work to get it done. Very unprofessional worker refused to notarize the title because address on the title and driving license was not matching. He wasn’t even sure if he is correct or not. My husband, client and other people in line were telling him that it is normal but he still refused. We signed the title in another UPS in like 2 minutes, there were NO issues. However, on that day we lost our client, our time. So many negative review on that worker but he still works there…

Rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning to this UPS store while under this current management. Worth driving another 5-10 min to go to another UPS or post office.
