Went there March 28 to have a vehicle title notarized. The notary had myself and the person I was selling my vehicle to fill out the wrong information and here we are almost a week later, having to take time out of our day to go meet with a notary and have the correct information filled out.

Wonderful place to ship packages. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I have used other shippers but this one is by far the easiest to navigate. Very easy to drop off packages.

Best UPS store experience that I have ever had. The staff was EXTREMELY quick with helping customers. Many times a UPS store trip can be 20 minutes, but these two young ladies got everyone in and out lickety-split. More importantly, they were super friendly and generally seemed like they were happy to help.Callie was the one that helped me out.

I walked in in need of service and standing in front of me was a employee named Siara which I had to come in to return a piece of unwanted jewelry and it was time consuming to get feedback from the seller and a step by step process with Siara by my side helping me through this annoying process. She helped me save a lot of money sending it back through a way to return merchandise and communicating with the man from Israel. She really cared was patient and kind. I would highly recommend Anderson UPS. They are very kind, caring, concerned and helpful and made me feel special for a return visit!Thank you again,Marie Tarpoff

Everyone at this store goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I watched Siara handle a difficult situation with such calm and professionalism. They do an amazing job here!

I always have a pleasant experience going to this UPS store. The store manager, Renee, is great to work with. I am always greeted when I enter. And I have even had employees help me get packages into the building from my car (this is the type of customer service I love!).

This is a very busy store and for a reason… the staff at this location are exceptional and always go above and beyond. The store is always clean. They are often busy but any wait goes very quickly. Professionals all around. Keep up the good work!
