Meh. Their commercials are annoyingly ubiquitious, so I suppose in that respect it was nice to finally check out one of their stores, but much of what's on offer (button downs, henleys, etc.) can be found elsewhere for probably a good deal less. And I don't want to blow their trade secret here, but you can leave most any shirt untucked. They kind of come that way. They also advertise themselves as carrying "the perfect fitting shirt," but don't go above a 3X. I suspect some of their customers will leave wanting.

I'd like to thank Shannon and Jaylin (sorry if misspelled) for helping me the other day! They had me try on a variety of sizes to find my best fit, and although I spent a lot of time laboring over decisions and eventually didn't purchase anything, Shannon was very kind nonetheless.

I have experienced the most horrible customer experience and just plain eerie moments at this location. Shopping at the Cincinnati store, my husband has been speaking on this brand for a while, and I finally made the 45 min drive to Kenwood Mall early last week. I walked in and was greeted about 5 mins after looking at the front table. I was a little confused on the sizes because everything said medium. The young gentlemen walked towards me and my daughters and asked if we had any questions or comments. I thought that was a little strange, however I let him know that this was our first time inside the store, & that I had already had some items in mind from my previous encounter with an salesperson on the website. They had let me know & recommended this location as my closest store. He nodded and stated ok what interests you. I let him know what I had in my cart, he said ok let me check to see if I have them. I then went ahead and took a look at the women items. The store was fairly busy and he was helping myself and others. He came out from the back as he was talking too another co worker and stated I only have 2 of the 3 items. I said ok can you bring those 2. He walks off abruptly and helped someone in the dressing rooms. I was kinda confused because he never asked me what sizes I needed. In this moment I felt bad because he walked back and forth but before I could get all of my information out he was headed to the back. There was a man in the fitting room that seemed a little frustrated, as we stood waiting to be serviced. He finally came from the back with the 2 shirts. We thanked him and continued to shop around the store, not feeling so excited after the interaction we just had, I wanted to leave but my husband really wanted to try this brand out. Christmas is around the corner, so my daughters and I continued looking for a third shirt. From the front of the store we could hear the young man yell and say " s*** he pissed in our fitting room" & the whole store got quiet and right then I knew I had to leave. In that moment I have never felt so uncomfortable and the lack of attentiveness in this establishment was mind boggling. I was so upset at how the atmosphere was and just so very shocked because the customer service guy online was very friendly and offered to book me an appointment at this location. I know the holidays can be a little hectic but the sales guy was not the same friendly interaction I was expecting from the online experience. I decided to go ahead and just hold my items and we will swing by before we left the mall. My daughter went to ask the worker if we could place these items on hold; he looked and said yeah throw them up there and I'll get them. My daughter placed them on the counter. He didn't even ask our name, phone number or anything. I was irate at this point. I asked was there a store manager I could speak with. He said the store manager is not available what's the issue I am the assistant manager. I asked for their information and he said she'll be back soon. I asked again if I could get her contact information and he said you can call the store or come back, she's a black girl named Cherelle. At this point I could sense that he didn't want to give me the information by his tone and demeanor and just me having to ask multiple times!! I just could not believe this is how stores are operating. As I am a small business owner myself. The customer service that was given to me and my family was very unpleasant. I mentioned this to my husband and we will not be spending our money here. I hope the employees are better trained during the holiday season. Its a busier time, but when you're in customer service you have to have patience and self control. This young man did not give any clear communication and his ability to use positive language. I hate that this happened to my family and I as we were Christmas shopping. I hope that this young man knows how his lack of customer service can turn away money for you business. Great service from the whole staff. Informative and very personable, made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Hate doing the mall thing but this was a very nice surprise. If all retailers at Kenwood were this attentive and kind, I’d be back again soon ! Thank you !

I CANNOT say enough good things about the employees at UNTUCKit in Kenwood. They are always very helpful and friendly. I would especially recommend working with Sandy. Sandy is the type of employee that every business should have. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a salesman. This young man does not just want to sell the product, he genuinely wants to make sure that the customer is happy and gets the right fit and style. Thank you Sandy and all of the UNTUCKit employees, you make shopping there a wonderful experience.
